Waffle Question - Well Done Way
Basically I’ve had a problem with Waffle House my whole life. I like my waffles crispy. I have been trying every different word my mind could think of when placing my order, especially with these new waffles. Well done. Crispy. Hard. Crusty. Fried. Etc. And about every time the waffles come to me soft and light and is basically a pancake with a pattern. You are telling me to say ‘Dark’ to get my waffle cooked well done crispy? Is that the secret way to get crispy waffles???
PS- Not to mention, the old, former waffles were much better for the crisp. They were thinner and much easier to crunch up.
