So I took an Airport bus from North Point to HKG, things kinda hectic and tired and I thought I put everything on the bus already, about 10 mins later I notice the carryon is not there, got panic and get off the bus, took a taxi back to the bus stop and see the carry on still there … so happy, what a scary memory 😃

Hi everyone, I just upgrade a line from T-Life app and received the new phone from Tmobile by UPS. When I try to turn in trade-in phone today in Corporate store, the lady say because it is online order they will no process the trade in and can ship to warehouse for me. Is this correct? I was trying to drop off trade in phone in store to avoid UPS lose the package or have it stolen .
