My dog doesn’t move

Hey there since a while on the walks my 4 year old boy just stops somewhere and doesn’t want to move. He defecates then starts walking then but then just stops randomly. This usually doesn’t happen when he goes with my dad who he is a little scared of.. I am confused if this is a behaviour thing or is it something I should be worried about.
