Tried to use studio mode to animate but it's too complicated

I fiddled with stuff to attempt to use it on mobile but it's too hard for me I guess...even after watching a tutorial so I want to go back to simple mode

I swapped and now my layers/animation timeline is funky, like I can't access or add more frames in simple mode.

I just want my track back in simple mode, but these folder things are really messing me up

How do I draw the bare elbow at this angle?
