Question for California CC students that transferred to UC for Engineering, did u complete IGETC/CALGETC or just the 7 course breath requirement?

I have 3 more classes (Oral Comm, Ethnic Studies, Art/music) to fulfill CALGETC. If I do 7 course breath, I only have 1 class (Art/music). I'm already taking my major required courses as fast as I can and should be done in 1.5 semseters. Should I complete CALGETC or stick with the 7 course breadth? I plan to transfer to UC Irvine For Biomedical Engineering.

If I transfer with just the 7 course breadth requirement, can I come back to Community College (during Summers) to complete CALGETC at later time?

Saw this promotion $600 for 2 years, then $99 annual fee. Its for platinum membership, you can go to any club and includes 1 buddy. Inquired further and was told its $300 +$69 for year 1, $300 + $69 for year 2, and then $99+$69 every year after. It's misleading the way have it advertised.

How do digital rebates work?

Clipped a $5 digital coupon/offer for beer. Bought the item in store. The safeway email is also my paypal email. Is there anything I need to do on my end or does it get processed automatically.

Question for CA CC students. Does your school allow you to register for a course if the prerequisite for that course is in progress? Mines is very strict and won't let me register for the next course until they see a letter grade for previous course (i.e. going from Calc 2 -> Calc 3).

I see that many classes with preferred times and professors fill up very fast, especially the distance learning ones, and well before the current grades are out. It would delay me being able to transfer on time if I had to skip a semester of math/physics due to not being able to get into a class because it was full by the time I get my letter grade. Just curious how you guys navigate around this requirement and if your school makes exceptions such as allowing the professor to provide your current grade to the counselor before the semester is over so you can register for the next level. Thanks.

Planning to transfer from CA CC to UCI (tag) or UCSD for Bioengineering but still have 1 required Physics class to take the summer after applying. Will I automatically be rejected?

I am a graduating HS student and am planning to transfer from California CC to UCI (tag) or UCSD as bioengineering major.  I have some APs and DE and am trying to transfer in 1 yr.  I have my major courses mapped out and I will still have Physics 3 to take the summer semester after applying.   Physics 3 is listed as a required course on Assist.   Will my application automatically be rejected since this is listed as a required course and the cut off is Spring semester.  Or will they still accept it but I’ll be considered less competitive compared to other applicants. Thanks.

I'll hit the 135k points in early June. My statement closes June 8th and I have a flight on June 29th. Is it likely I'll get the companion pass by that time? How fast does SWA issue Companion once Chase Statement closes?

It's my first time placing an online order with Safeway. Safeway has $5 deals on certain items on Fridays. If I place an order on Friday to get the discounted price but don't schedule pick up until Sat/Sunday, does the Friday price still stick? Thanks.

Anyone upgrade from the S22+ to just regular S26? Was it worth the upgrade? Is there a big improvement in battery life and camera? My S22+ can still do what I need to do but battery is probably 70% from when I bought it. I don't want to go from S22+ to S26+ since S26+ is bigger than S22+ so I'm leaning towards the S26 since the battery and screen is just a tad bit smaller than S22+. I know I would lose out on the 45w charging. Thanks.

For example, I have a $20 off $40 offer and plan to spend around $70.

$40-$20 = $20 (paid by credit card)

remaining $30 paid by inkind cash or inkind gift card
