Photos deleted on my phone won't delete on my Mac

I deleted photos on my phone and they are still on my MacBook. I think they are locally stored on my Mac but from what I've seen it should still sync and delete.

Both phone & Mac have completed their sync. The pictures are removed from my recently deleted. I deleted the photos a few days ago.

Is this how it's supposed to work? I would like to keep my photos stored locally on my Mac if possible but also have them be sync'd on my iCloud.

Large event space, small decor budget.

I’m planning a birthday party and the space is quite large and they have a very small budget for decor. I’ve tried to spread the decor out in the past and it just looks cheap and unintentional. Should I consolidate the decor like around the food and cake ? Or any ideas to bring life to the other areas?

What are the best reusable birthday decor items?

I like having some birthday decor for my kiddos parties but I hate the waste it generates. What are some good reusable decor items. So far we use cloth tablecloths and have a reusable banner. What else?

How to find missing data

Spreadsheet 1 is a list of employees, their job l, and their current certifications.

Spreadsheet 2 is a list of all jobs and what certification is required on that job.

I need to find what certifications the employee is missing based on the requirements of their job. I can’t think of a way to look up since it’s many to many. So far I’ve added a helper column of Job/Cert to both spreadsheets but not sure where to do from there.

I’m feeling pretty deflated. My little one is still having accidents at 3.5 and over a year into potty training. On average about one a week but she’ll have like 3 days in a row and then nothing for 3 weeks.

She stands there doing a potty dance and I ask her if she needs to go. “No I’m just dancing” then two minutes later it’s an emergency. “I NEED TO GO POTTY”.

Most of her accidents are at daycare though sometimes here at the house too. We’re meeting with her teacher to ask questions tomorrow and thinking about setting up an appt with the pediatrician after that.

Any tips, thoughts, etc? Is this normal??
