Three years ago, I hit rock bottom.

I had dropped out of college, lost my job, and felt completely lost. I was going nowhere until one experience forced me to take a hard look at my life.

Since then, I've built my life around discipline instead of motivation.

For the past 3 years, I've woken up at almost the same time every day. I work. I study. I work out. I eat. I repeat. It's not glamorous, but it's changed everything.

In those three years, I finished my bachelor's degree, earned my master's, and now I'm starting my doctorate. I also built a stable life with an amazing wife by my side.

People always ask what changed. The answer wasn't luck or talent—it was consistency. The boring things, done every single day, completely transformed my life.

If you're at rock bottom right now, don't underestimate what 3 years of discipline can do.
