Spending Sunday with Stephen Erickson and Sun Ra
Just started reading Gardens on the Moon after failed attempts years ago in used paperbacks. Sun Ra mug while I also listen to him.

And for the record we do drink Folgers.
Serena is a huge fan of Lanquidity.
I actually had a few of the paperbacks years ago. Went to a fantastic used book store where all the paperbacks were a dollar (Book Barn - Niantic CT). I mainly remember trying to start the first book and got distracted. Hopefully it will be easier on my kindle where it's sat for close to a year.
Now we're talking. Bring on the dominion and the Founders. I totally forgot how series 3 started. A bit Prisoner like. Another fantastic show and rewatching once again courtesy of the Criterion Channel.
For those that might not get the reference.
She loves to lay on my arm no matter what is going on. While my wife gets kicked at the end of the couch.
Wife got me this as a surprise Father's day gift. Wasn't expecting anything since we had two dogs and a cat.
In the middle of rewatching Deep Space Nine. The best Trek and I'll die on that hill. Asked over at the DS9 board for book recommendations. I previously read two. Was recommended this trilogy which is essentially a prequel. Telling the story of the invasion and the building of the Space station.
Also my Eurooe 72 sticker had this film on top which was peeling away. So replaced with two stickers that came in the mail.
I love catchy hooks and shoe-gazzy guitars
Micronauts Vol. 3. I've got 1 and 2 on order from Funaticals. I read the comic as a kid. But never finished the run. Loved the toys as a kid. I had the Karza figure and the Hornetroid.
Cruising through my backlog of omnis.
I truly love Bob Dylan's born again phase and I'm far from religious. It was cheaper to get that Hellacopters set then the two CDs I wanted that's part of it. And some actual new music.
I've read the one I posted and the Quark centric one. Any must reads.
It's name your price on Bandcamp. Each set is its own track.
And for play it's the easiest answer (yellow)that
Hellacopters - comes with the Live disc
Basehead - one of the few rap bands I've seen live. And it was an actual band. They opened for Pere Ubu. Their first two CDs are awesome.
Well after some non fiction time to read the Marvel comic run. Finally cracking open this volume. I've had a stack of omnis sitting there unread. Now in our new home time put a dent into my TBR pile.
This book lied to me with no mention of Conan or Crom. All kidding aside a great history of "Barbarians", Who were not the way they have been portrayed. And yes that is Terry Jones from Monty Python. It's very easy to read this in his voice and it's not some dry history. There are some non fiction books I've read which worked better than sleeping pills.
About to start the Barbarians and the cover on my version on the kindle is slightly disappointing. But the cover on my kindle app on my phone is the actual cover. And yes that's Terry Jones from Monty Python. He was a bit of a historian.
