Oof

Baked Brie on a rosemary cracker. Prosciutto, organic honey, thin sliced fresh jalapeños, big ol’ salt flakes. So good I can barely write one complete sentence.

Started to grab rice but decided to just wolf it down because it was so good. It’s a lovely plank of fish as big as the tin. It’s meaty on one side and a little fatty (lil fatty is my new nickname) on the other. It’s on the sweet side. I’ll have to buy more to try it other ways. For now, it’s a 10/10.

I only have an HEB locally when it comes to cheese. I order from Wisconsin Cheese Bothers for those basics. But I recently fell in love with a rubiola bosina from an AppyHour box. Where are y’all ordering cheese from here in the states? Bonus points for cold shipping because I live in Texas.

I know it’s just a shelf salsa but you cannot imagine my sadness when I’m having trouble finding it. Not even HEB can special order it. Is there something that tastes just like it?
