Finding the right production partner

Hello! I have an industrial designer working on a product along with a cosmetic chemist. When they finish their work in ~12 weeks, in theory I will have all of the details for a factory to manufacture the product I'm building - but how do I choose the right factory?

I have one line up that is excited to work with us on the product, but I have no idea if they will be a good partner/production facility for the product launch and long term. Let me know the best way to get to the best/right factories for production on a personal care/grooming product.

I want to find a factory that has high standards of both production quality, but also compliance and packaging excellence. Thanks!

I am looking for a supplier in China that makes really high-quality personal care accessories like nail clippers, scissors, tweezers, etc. Alibaba has a million of them, and short of ordering a sample from each, I was hoping any of you here could point me to the best options. I'm hoping for premium grade steel, fit, finish, that competes with the best from other parts of the world (Japan, etc). Thanks!

Hi all! I'm new here and working to find the right partner for a product line I have created for disposable at-home waxing products.

What's the best way to get connected to the right Chinese factories to finalize development and production on this line of at-home disposable waxing solutions? Do I just reach out to all of them? Is it best to work through a broker?
