Day 25: no internet
Never imagined this was possible in the middle of Los Angeles. But here we are: I’ve called and texted and apped myself silly.
I have filed complaints with FCC and CA.
Guess I’ll just keep filing them.

Never thought this was possible, because I live in Los Angeles. But I’m guessing that’s my problem now: copper thieves, or demons, have made a real mess.
But I need internet, and 17 days is a loooong time. ATT doesn’t seem forthcoming about whatever “dependency” has shut me down. For two weeks, there was “no outage in the area.”
What do I do? Wait? Stop wasting time and sign up with another provider? Document everything and complain?
I’m stumped
In the middle of Los Angeles. Service lost on April 27. technician came once on April 30. Tech failed to show up for *two* appointments. I’m pissed enough to spit nails.
Is there anything I can do to make my dissatisfaction known?
I've tried the steps that others have outlined. But I can't see any option to post a poll.
Please help?
