Helloow peeps! I'm Onion [21/F] and I'm currently have noone to share my ideas/works with except for my bf. Working on a project alone can get real lonely so I'd like to expand my friendship circle and made this post, yayy. I'm currently working on a body horror comic that deals with heavy themes, so please let me know if you're comfortable with me sharing it to you (^-^)/ (I mostly make horror projects)

My brain keeps urging me to break up with him since it thinks that he will break up with me soon anyway so it's best to end it earlier.

It keeps assuming that he's patriarchal, or he will break my boundaries even tho he already reassured me that he would never disrespect my asexuality.

I don't even know if these thoughts are mine or not. I don't know if these are real or just my brain making excuses.

He has been great and amazing, and these thoughts make me feel extremely guilty. I already told and communicated him about this exact problem, and it leads to me to finding out that maybe this is more than a couple problem.

I searched up online, and I only found the term relationship OCD. seems like most of my problems are tied to OCD

but eeh I don't like bringing it up to the psychiatrists in my area (I bring it up once and she just dismissed me and told me to drink the meds and the same one who told me to use chatgpt)

I'm asking here, if there's some ways I can deal with it? Cause it gives me a great distress. I already got diagnosed with GAD and moderate depression, and I wonder if they're related?

I know the title sounds kinda vague, but I've been searching for a book that itches my love for Disco Elysium writing, especially the ancient reptilian brain's dialogues. I'm not looking for a book with a similar plot to DE. All I want is to read the prose in a different book, so that I can have more source to study writing.
