What's a good flashlight or flashlight brand that you're almost afraid to mention here because it'll get instantly downvoted?
Not asking for the objectively best lights. I'm talking about brands that have a rough reputation with enthusiasts here but have actually worked well for you in the real world. Could be because they're inexpensive, easy to find locally, can survive abuse or have simply been reliable despite the criticism.

Why are marketers so married to data?
If Tony measured crime on two streets, A at night and B at noon, and found that A had more crime, would you say street A has more crime or would you call Tony a dumbass?
So few people actually interpret data correctly nowadays. Most just use it as a buzzword to impress.
