What are some chores you've always had to do around the house?

I live in rented terraced housing, and previously at uni my flatmates never took the bins out and would let it pile up. In my first year in 2018, it got so disgusting that it was actually a bit traumatic.

Well anyway, I am now renting as an adult about to turn 27 next month, and I always seem to be taking the bins out, wiping the tables etc. After what happened, I will always be on top of it unless im away.

Apps and subscriptions not reminding you by email that you are due an annual payment coming up, so if you forget you paid for it a year ago, it's too late to cancel until you see your bank statement.

I'm normally on top of my payments and things due, but I forget I had duolingo super. I found it terrible and thought I cancelled it.

I submitted a refund request and their AI did it, so thankfully it worked out in the end, but it caused unnecessary stress.

If you were to hand in your notice, what is something from your job you would miss and what is something from your job you are glad to see the back of?

For me, my job is right next to the train station for those further afield, and the bus interchange is opposite (if you're a local to me, you'll probably guess right) and there's also a decent tudor style pub nearby that's easy to get to for drinks after work, if you've got the patience to drink with your coworkers.

However, those are literally the only positives about my job. The main reason I'd leave is how shite our administration software is, and how slow the wifi is when you're actually trying to get work done.

So what would you miss, and what would you be glad to see the back of?

Linkedin AI telling you that you dont qualify for a job, just because you dont have the matching words from the job description in your bio

It's like its never heard of transferable skills.
