Also yesterday, I worked on a moderately matted Gund #lion plush and turned it into #richiethelion from the popular #manga and #anime series #onepiece . I thought at first that this project was going to be a failure, since it was difficult to dye his fur green his mane. But luckily I let his skin in the dye for longer than usual and it worked almost perfectly. I also used fabric markers for his mane, and I think that he turned out ok.

My next Fiber Art project that I worked on this week, it was a #webkinz lilkinz #cockerspaniel dog with loose eyes and almost worn out nose, and turned it into Lucy/NYU's puppy from the classic #manga and #anime series #elfenlied . it now has a new look without the loose eyes and the nose is completely brand new. I will be posting my other project later.

Here is a #needlefelting project that I finished working on this week. It's Nico from the classic #lightnovel and #anime series #HakushakutoYōsei aka #theearlandthefairy . I watched this series years ago and I enjoyed it, for some reason. I didn't ma a character when I was watching it during lockdown. summer is just around the corner and my first summer in for years to work at the daycare. I still miss working with those kids, but at least I get to see them in public when I'm walking.

Also this week, I turned an old thrifted #webkinz daisy #pig into tonton from the #manga and #anime series #naruto . I'm feeling a little bit better than I Did a few days ago, due to seasonal allergies. But at least it rained two days ago and the pollen was down for a bit. I saw that this pig plush had the same shape as the character, and so I turned the unwanted pig into the character.

Here is what I worked on today, it's a #punchneedleembroidery of #makaalbarn from the #manga and #anime series #souleater . Today, I went to the fiber Arts group and started working on her there, then I finished working on her at the public library. Just recently, I just got an order that's heading to Denmark soon, so I'm excited, plus it's my first time shipping to the country.

This week I did an international commission for someone who lives in Florida USA. They sent me this Shiba Inu plush and wanted me to turn it into Sasuke from the manga and #anime series ginga densetsu weed. I normally don't work with newer plushies, but it was commissioned for me to do so. I loved working with its lovely fabric, so soft. The More experience working with different textiles the better.

Here is something that I finished #needlefelting this week, and my first project of the month of June. it's Yamagami from the #lightnovel and #anime series #kusunokisgardenofgods . I started working on him yesterday, since I had more time working on More projects with the house to myself. So, I started him earlier last night. Then, I finished him at the local library and took his photo in this beautiful weather. #fiberart

Dirty thrifted #jellycat with a new clean up. someone gave me a bag of old unwanted stuffies today and found an unwanted Jellycat. FYI, I only take stuffed animals that are dirty, ripped or missing parts and I reuse the parts or the stuffies for future projects and repairs. This plush only needed a good clean up, so there was no sense in taking it apart. #stuffedanimalrestoration #jellycatmarshmallows #jellycats

Here is a #needlefelting project that I worked on this week, it's #professorutonium from #thepowerpuffgirls series and was made as a tribute to the late #tomkane who gave the professor his voice. The Powerpuff girls were a big part of my childhood, especially when I was around 8 years old. I remember being obsessed with the series back in those days, and it saddened me to hear that the voice of the professor passed away just recently, just a month after the seiyuu of Ran Mouri passed, in which I made an embroidery piece a month ago. But at least that I did an early tribute to the seiyuu of Ran Mouri a bit earlier than expected, since I made that project two weeks before her passing. #90skids

Finally it's ready, I also worked on a #thrifted bear plush and turned into The Harpooned Bear from the classic #manga and #anime series #ginganagareboshigin . seems that you need to be careful with powdered fabric dye as well, at least that it's been completely been rinsed off and let it's skin dry outside for the night. The harpoons on its back were made from unused chop sticks that were carved like harpoons and were colored grey. #recycledart

Here is something that I worked on this week, I turned an old thrifted almost beat up #webkinz grey and white cat and turned it into Puck from the #lightnovel and #anime series #rezero . I was going to work on another project today, but unfortunately the project wasn't dry yet, plus it still had dye coming off of it. I had to Rinse that other project and had to let it dry again. Hopefully I can work on it by tomorrow. #recycledart

The #commission that I said that I was going to work on next, it's a #europeanrobin that was commissioned by someone who lives locally. hopefully they will love it when I bring it to them on Tuesday when I head over to the woman's resource center for Fiber Arts. #handmade #needlefelted #robins

I worked on another Fiber Art project this week, I needle felted

Byōki from the manga and anime series #mao by rumiko takahashi . Seems that I got a lot done this week, next week, I'll be working on a local commission and maybe another commission that is from the states, but they are sending me their plushie to work on it.

So I heard that my old high school is getting demolished, but for sad reasons. When I was in high school during my last years. I had this nasty teacher that would criticize my work saying that I didn't do a good job on my work and saying that it made no sense, also she would yell at me for asking questions, gossip about me in public, and she threatened to tell on me on a family that I was talking about at school for not allowing Dora the Explorer in their house. She said that I had no right to judge them and she would tell them that I was talking about them at school if I didn't think about what I said. Years later, I made a needle felted doll of a tampon inspired by her to help with my past trauma from going back to school. So, when I heard that my old high school was getting demolished, I made this meme, but not based on my real school and I made this meme to help with my past trauma from my last year's of high school.

Also what I worked on this week, I turned an old dirty thrifted #spitzdog plush into Cherry from the #manga and #anime series #luckystar . It had some gunge on its right side of its Head and its fur was madded. So, I took it's old stuffing out, gave it's skin a bath in a mixture of laundry detergent and vinegar, Let it's skin air dry, gave her new stuffing, had her brushed and gave her new features with both needle felting and sewing. Now she looks like a brand new stuffie. #2000sthrowback

I also finished felting a brushbuddy from the manga and anime series witch hat atelier in which I'm currently watching on crunchyroll. I started working on it last night and maybe I thought, hey, maybe I can work on two projects today, since Ryo ohki is almost finished and I can work on another project for missed time.

Here is a project that I started working on since yesterday. I worked on an old #thrifted #jellycat plush that I got for free that was covered in mats and stains and gave it a new make over, plus new stuffing, coloring and much needed brushing. The reason why I wanted to work on a plush like this is because who knows, someone might ask me to either modify their old stuffed animal or give it a restoration and getting as much practice on different types of textiles and messes is the best way to get experience. #stuffedanimalrestoration #sewing #recycledart

This was supposed to be posted last night, but unfortunately my area has an internet outage. I Turned an old thrifted gund cat plush and turned it into Kodetsu from the #manga and #anime series #yominotsugai aka #daemonsoftheshadowrealm . This plush was about to be thrown out in the trash at the hospital thrift store in Terrace BC, at least that I had a good use for him. Washed and all fixed up with a new look. #recycledart
