Found this in my notes from a few years ago: 富士本90度公園 is a park in Kokubunji that represents the center / balancing point of Tokyo-to (not counting islands). Referred to as Tokyo’s belly button (center of gravity) 東京のへそ 【重心】. North of Kunitachi Station.
