There are way too many fat kids waddling around. No they don't have "big bones", they don't have a rare medical condition, they are fat. It's your responsibility as a parent to feed them the proper amount of food.

I had been using 7-OH for the past month. I average about 50-80mg, but I don't take it every night or more than 1 night in a row. I will usually take it once every 2-3 nights. I also drink 1-2 of those "feel free" bottles every night on the nights im not taking 7.

I have about 240mg of 7 left in case I need to taper. I don't know what that is going to mean, but regardless advice would be appreciated thanks.

I'm referring to intelligence in the form of rising to power as a dictator and maintaining their power for long periods of time, and running a country in general.

Fidel Castro is one of the GOATS, managing to stay in power for 50 years despite having the US try to sabotage him in every possible way.

Robert Mugabe of Zimbabwe managed to stay in power for almost 40 years despite fucking up the economy.

It seems like that alone would be a longshot- humans rarely even live 100 years, and that would give so many opportunities for someone to throw a monkey wrench into the plan. It also meant that the world would change a lot in the time he was gone. Even if he succeeded he would have to adapt to a whole new world.
