After several months of being without work and surviving on odd jobs for a daily wage, I finally found a regular job. But until the training and first month are done, and I get my first wage, I can't do such odd jobs any more, and gather money for rent and bill.
I do have a bit of money, to have for food, but not for the mentioned expenses.

Not like count to 10 and then repeat that again and again, but like count to eg 500 or 1000?

Had that idea as a practice for beginners, where you can focus on the counting, and gradually increase the number. But IDK if it already exists, if someone practices it.

Mesecima nemam posao, živim od pomoći i pozajmica ljudi koje znam, i rađenja nekih poslova na dnevnice, sad sam našao posao, na obuci sam, međutim dok odradim obuku i odradim prvi mesec, ne mogu da radim ništa za dnevnice, tako da neću moći da skupim tako za kiriju i račune. Za hranu imam, ko je video moje komentare o štedljivosti, zna da je tu dovoljno par soma lol. Nemam više od koga od porodice i prijatelja da tražim da mi daju ili pozajme, malo što su imali su mi već dali. Sećam se da sam video nekoliko tema na ovom sabu gde su ljudi ovako pitali za pomoć (i da je bilo komentara ljudi da kažu da su pomogli), pa mi je palo na pamet da napravim i ja takvu temu i pitam za pomoć. Sve više primećujem roditelje po parkovima i inače u javnosti da kad im dete plače ignorišu dete. Jel sam samo slučajno naišao na nekoliko takvih roditelja, ili se to neki trip širi kao da to treba raditi? Kao fol tako će manje da plače, tako će da se "nauči" da ne plače "bezveze"?
Možda neko razmišlja jao ako utešim dete kad plače time ga "učim" da više plače? Što je nebuloza koja je u psihologiji postojala pre sto godina kad je radikalni bihejviorizam bio popularan, ali je to napušteno odavno kao loše razumevanje ljudske psihe. A čak i da je tačno, ova navodna loša posledica može lako da se izbegne tako što izražavate nežnost prema detetu i kad ne plače, i onda to neće funkcionisati kao 'nagrada' za plakanje, nego će biti generalni šablon ponašanja prema detetu.
Inače, ovo je užasna 'roditeljska' praksa. Okej, jeste manje loša nego vikati na dete, pretiti mu, govoriti nervozno i oštro da prestane da plače (ili kad uzmu besno da govore da ne "cmizdri" i "kmeči"), ali je i dalje mnogo loša praksa. Deca ne plaču bezveze, to su niva bića kojima se mozak razvija i tek je u ranim fazama razvoja, i koji imaju vrlo malo životnog iskustva, i često plaču jer im se zapravo često dešavaju stvari koje su najgore stvari koje su im se desile u životu. To može odraslima da izgleda kao da nije razlog za plakanje, ali to je zato što smo prošli svašta u životu, ali tom detetu je to otp najgora stvar koja mu se dešava. I mi odrasli redovno plačemo /patimo kad nam se dese stvari koje su najgore stvari koje su nam se desile u životu. A čak i da nije neka najgora stvar zbog koje plače, ne utešiti dete je svejedno loša stvar, samo uči dete da mu roditelj neće biti uteha i podrška i izvor ljubavi, brižnosti i emotivne sigurnosti, što je uz brigu i fizičkom dobrostanju glavna poenta roditeljstva.
I wanna share this routine with people, I think it's great for total beginners who want to start moving and improve health.
6 days a week, 6 times a day, you do this exercise snack: 2 calf raises (you just lift your heels off the floor by an inch) 1 bodyweight parallel squat, and you repeat that 10 times.
You do one in the morning when you get up, then you spread out the rest throughout your day, with at least 30min, but ideally 1-2h between them. Just dont do a snack closer than one hour before going to bed.
Next week you do 11 repetitions, and you keep increasing like that by one per week until 30.
If your free day is Sundays, then on Saturdays in the afternoon-evening, when you are doing the final snack of that day - instead of squats do lunges, one for each leg, same as other start with 10 of those, increase until 30.
CICO itself is simplistic and incorrect. It is true when people say not every calorie is the same.
Fiber is included in the calorie count of food but doesnt get used by the body for energy. Protein is counted but studies showed that achieving caloric surplus by just increasing protein doesnt increase body fat (ref). (What happens with all the extra protein if the body doesnt use it for energy / store it as fat? It's broken down and peed out (ref).) Also unsaturated fats are counted as calories, but biologically speaking like protein they have a cell building role in the body, they're not used for energy (maybe if you consume too much of them, IDK if there are studies on that).
So CICO should be replaced by SSSFICO - starch, sugars, saturated fats in, calories out.
Dont track your calories, track the fats and carbs in your food, excluding unsaturated fats and fiber. And then to reduce body fat reduce that.
The best thing to do is eat high fiber and high protein foods, that means beans (red, kidney, navy, etc), lentils, chickpeas, split peas, TVP, and whole grain oats.
Two additional points:
For fiber - dont introduce large amounts (of the foods I just listed) right away if you are currently eating barely any, introduce it gradually. Fiber is super healthy, and the more you eat it the better, but if your stomach isnt used it, introducing large amounts at once can cause trouble with gases, diarrhea or constipation. Introduce it gradually - have it every day, start with a small amount, and increase bit by bit through a couple of months.
For protein from lean meat - if you hit the chicken or turkey breast and fish (an egg whites) in large amounts, you can easily get inordinate amounts of protein. Regardless of what gym broscience says when it recommends over 2g of protein per kg of bw, studies have definitively proven that 1.6g per kg of (non-obese) bw is the upper limit of protein our body can absorb and use (ref). And also 1.1g is perfectly enough for making gains (ref). So going over 2g/kg is overkill. But isnt that okay, its satiating and I will just pee the extra protein out? Sure, but there is a worry that consuming much protein than we need could be harmful for the kidneys. It's not conclusive, but there is enough of data to warn against it (ref).
Instead of counting calories, count carbs and fats (minus fiber and unsaturated fats).
Or even without counting, you can eg have oats for breakfast, a bit of nuts or seeds (or PB&J) for a snack, and for lunch and dinner some of the legumes listed above (beans, lentils, chickpeas, split peas, TVP), or a lean meat listed above (chicken or turkey beast, or fish), plus a carb (rice, potato, pasta, or bread) plus veggies, and then just reduce the amount of the carb part to reduce body fat. Note to not overdo condiments, the fats and carbs in them can add up. And when you do junk food, fast food, comfort food, snacks, sweets, thats all full of carbs and fats, so watch the amounts, you can enjoy the taste and not size, like a small sweet as a tiny dessert at the end of lunch or dinner is perfectly, as is a small amount of fast food for dinner sometimes.

What explains the existence of goodness? Is there an explanation give in the historical writings of such Gnostics? What could be their explanation if you have ideas?
Of different modern pagan communities - Norse, Germanic, Celtic, Hellenic, Roman, Slavic, Kemetic modern paganism, and other communities /traditions I didnt enumerate - which of them has the biggest percentage of vegans and vegetarians? Which pantheon is most connected to such lifestyles?
Anyone else have huge trouble aiming with both eyes open? Like very intense double image, making it impossible to aim. No matter how I position them - if I have both eyes open - I basically cant aim.
If I focus on the sights, I have a mild double image of them, and also I have no idea whats beyond them, its a very intense double image and I cant aim.
If I focus in the target, I can see it clearly, but I have no idea where the sights are pointing at exactly, I have an intense double image of them and can't aim.
On the other hand, if I close one eye, things improve basically incomparably, its all clear, I can easily align the sights with the target, no matter if I focus on the target or the sights, in fact I fact switch focus between them in an instant.
Do you know of anyone who is a Buddhist but in a Gnostic way, where the Dharmakaya Buddha (or Prajnaparamita Devi) is the Monad, maker of pure lands, minds and state of nirvana, and Mara is the demiurge, maker of samsara, of death and defilements, who traps minds in the samsara?
Are there any Deists who accept the Marcionite /Middle Platonist /Cathar view of cosmic dualism, where there's God, who created heaven (and souls) and the anti-god, who created this material cosmos, and trapped us here.
Or maybe a Zoroastrian view where God created this cosmos but then the anti-god attacked and corrupted it, and thats why evil and suffering exist.
