Have some family in town that are vegan, none of our favorites have vegan options, looking for recommendations.

Looking for a fun place to spend a day / night or two with the family for around or under $400 for mom, dad and a 1.5 year old. Airbnbs are all crazy, the only amenities I’m looking for but aren’t totally necessary would be a private pool / hot tub (dreaming, I know) and decent parking. Other than that just nice, family friendly vibes.

In these situations while most people would agree I’m justified in crashing out, I don’t just snap on people randomly for fun or without reason, that being said there’s not always a great reason and I’m at an age now where I realize that’s dumb as fuck honestly, and unless someone is actively threatening me or my family I would like to let it just roll off my back, but it’s been tied to my perception of masculinity my whole life, when I was younger I was bullied and had to stand up for myself and I think somewhere along the way I perverted sticking up for myself with unnecessary aggression when I feel slighted.

I aspire to be a real chill guy and 99% of the time I am, and I’m not violent / bitter I just would like to know how I can move past this toxic idea of taking no shit, and just be a “whatever bro” kinda guy.

Have about 10k in my collection that I would be willing to try and make a play with, I’m thinking of selling most my 151, PF and a some high value singles to buy up some SPCs and DR bbs.
My logic/speculation is in the next 2-3 years SPCs and DR bbs will outperform 151 and PF by a mile, with SPCs doubling in price. Once I’m ready to realize my gains I can resell some of the SPCs and get some 151 / PF again.

Just posting here for a sanity check lol, no way 151 or PF doubles / moves the same as pris in the next few years right?
