I'm looking for a tenant proof refrigerator

My cousin and his wife live in one of the units of my house. I've had to replace two refrigerators within 5 years.

I left the fridge buying to them and they chose samsung twice which is my mistake I didnt do my research and didnt realize how bad the reliability was for samsung appliances.

What fridge can I buy today that I can rely on. Just looking for a simple top freezer bottom fridge setup no icemaker or fancy features.

Money's tight for me I would like to stay under $600 for a brand new fridge (my cousin's wife insists on brand new).

Is 38k a good deal its low miles but its a branded title

I've been wanting a plum crazy scat for a long time and I've managed to save 17k for a down payment.

I feel like the branded title is mostly an issue if I plan to sell in the future but I plan on keeping this car until the wheels fall off.

What do yall think?

Im 36M I make about 550k a year. My credit score is 791. I am blessed to have 0 debt right now my home and student loans are paid off. I've had 4 auto loans in my life all completely paid off with no missed payments.

The car Im looking to buy is about 250k. Woodside and Lightstream both quoted me 7% which seems kinda high.

Is it because its a super car? Or are these what prime rates are like now?
