Anyone using Vobiz + Pipecat with a pre-warmed worker pool? Looking for implementation examples.

I'm building a real-time voice AI agent using Vobiz + Pipecat and plan to use a pre-warmed worker pool so calls can connect instantly without cold starts.

My current understanding of the flow is:

Customer
    ↓
Vobiz
    ↓
POST /answer
    ↓
Return XML with <Stream> (WSS URL)
    ↓
Vobiz opens a WebSocket
    ↓
Dispatcher
    ↓
Assigns an available pre-warmed Pipecat worker
    ↓
STT → LLM → TTS
    ↓
Audio back to caller

I'm mainly looking for a real implementation example of the worker pool.

If you've already built something similar, I'd really appreciate any code, pseudocode, or architecture diagrams.

Some questions I have:

• How do you route an incoming WebSocket to an available pre-warmed worker?
• Do you use a dispatcher in front of the workers?
• How do you implement and manage the worker pool?
• I want around 10 agents ready for incoming calls, but keeping them running 24/7 sounds expensive. What's the most cost-efficient production approach?
• I'm primarily a JavaScript/Node.js developer, so Python's multiprocessing model is new to me. Any examples or explanations would really help.

So previously i made a post askign about mi band 10 vs huwei band 10

after the reviews and consideration sleep tracking is only 50 % at efficienty and accuracy of the band data so upon this i have decided to increase my budget from 5.5 k to 12 k . as its health so i dont want to risk it as i am really serious about productivity and sleep is major factor in it ..

so i was searching that amazfit samsung watch 7 or 8 are in this range at best with data supported by quantified scientist on youtube he reviews on terms of real data vs watch data to its trustable so i am asking a recommedation from you guys to suggest me watch/fintesss band which has good sleep tracking mostly band provide 90 % accuracy in heart rate so i dont think so its much of a deal and step counter is bit controversial as it has many factors so its not a problem but if i get as accurate as possible then its cherry on the cake not priority

so i have been going gym consistenly for 1.5 years , and eating 100 gms of protein fixed my d3 b12 deficiency and now currently struggling with fat in my body not consistent with my diet sometime i overeat in junk its too much samosa and all ease of access through upi so

i wanted geniune advice how can i eliminate junk food and stop cravings i am completing my protein consistently but the craving and junk food is the big deal i am curently facign any tips and trciks would be appreciated i will follow them blindly as its became too much burdne on pocked as well as on my belly

for strength reference

Bench 55 Kg -12 reps 3 sets are consistnely on flat + incline 6 sets 55kg 10 to 12 up and down so i consider according to my body weight and experince is good (dont demotivate me with relative and absolute strength . i believe in absolute strenth lol)
deadlift and squats are in learninig stage as i was scared from injury reels / content

What benefits have you actually noticed after taking them? Better sleep, recovery, energy, less stress, anything?

Also:

• Which type do you take?
• What's your daily dose?
• How long did it take before you noticed any difference?

Right now I only take:

• Creatine (5g daily)
• Whey protein
• Vitamin B12
• Vitamin D3

My main goal now is to improve my sleep quality as much as possible.

Are there any other supplements you guys take that have actually made a noticeable difference? Just looking for real experiences, not advertisements.

About 6 months ago, I had terrible brain fog, constant fatigue, and low energy. I wasn't even able to push myself properly in the gym or focus on my career.

After doing a lot of research, I found that deficiencies in Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D3 can cause fatigue, brain fog, low energy, and affect your overall health. B12 is important for making healthy red blood cells, which carry oxygen throughout your body, so low levels can definitely leave you feeling drained.

So I went to a doctor and asked for a routine check-up, including B12 and D3.

The results were... 💀

• Vitamin B12: <60 (normal range: ~200–1000 pg/mL)
• Vitamin D3: 8 or 10 (normal range: ~20–100 ng/mL)

It was pretty obvious what the problem was.

The doctor prescribed:

• Methylcobalamin 1500 mcg for 45 to 50 days
• Vitamin D3 60,000 IU once a week for around 10 weeks

After about 2 months, I got tested again:

• Vitamin B12: 600+
• Vitamin D3: 47

I was honestly so happy.

The biggest difference was my energy. Earlier, after around 6 sets in the gym, I would feel completely exhausted and couldn't give 100% on the remaining exercises. After fixing the deficiencies, that changed completely. I can now finish my entire workout, train hard to failure, and still feel like I have energy left.

I'm currently on a maintenance dose:

• Methylcobalamin 1500 mcg(B12) every alternate day (or once every 2–3 days)
• Vitamin D3 60,000 IU once every 2 weeks

My next goal is to improve my sleep and completely cut out junk food.

(Although... this morning I ate a samosa with green chutney. 😂)

Steps if you want to do something similar:

2. Follow your doctor's advice based on your actual test results.

I downloaded Batman Arkham Knight from Mirror lilnk through qbittorrent and after disabled the windows defender then tried to installed getting same error again and again , installed isdone and unarch.dll added in system32 and system64 idk its folder name installed c++ unpacker all in one . but this thing is isnnnt resolved i am quited frustated now tried 5 to 6 times in a day .. it takes a whole hour at 70 to 80 % this error fucks up
