So I saw one of these when I was with my partner at the Oriental grocery store and IT LOOKED SO appetizing already. I brought it home and we cooked it (apologies if the shot isn't the most pleasing idk why but I have a hard time making my photos photogenic).

If anyone's interested in cooking it themselves here's the recipe I followed:

-preheat oven on 350F.
-put little oil on the pyrex, so it won't stick to it.
-Add salt and pepper all over.
-put it in pyrex and once the oven reaches 350, put it inside the oven.
-It needs 1h 30 min, and if u flip it over in the middle, it's good, otherwise not a big deal.
-After 1h 30min, check if it's crispy enough the way you want, otherwise finish at 2 hours.

*This is for rabbit too.
