Is anyone else noticing signs of fall..?
I’m seeing a bunch of leaves changing colour already 😅 also my neighbours apple tree, all the apples have basically fallen off already.
Is it things dying from too much water or.. is fall gonna be VERY early😅
Of course I’m going to help her get it out. But in the mean time.. it’s slightly funny seeing her try to get it off 😭😂
Did anyone take this course? How did you feel about the outcome you had with it?
Melatonin does not work.
I put my phone down I sit in pitch black for 1-2 hours before I give up and realize I’m absolutely not going to be falling asleep anytime soon.
Back story; I was a chronic smoker for 10+ years, I went from sleeping 9-10 hours solid out for the night, to sleeping 4 - 5 if I’m lucky. I quit July 1st. I thought it would get better after a month and so far it has not even gotten slightly better.
It’s to the point where I’m starting to crash out in my day from being so restless. I don’t feel safe driving long periods of time because of the crash outs I get. I try to take a nap and I can’t sleep. I just sit there restless like a zombie tbh. I’m starting to have no energy for my job and slow down extremely and I’m fighting to find energy.
I’m not a coffee drinker, I’m not an energy drink person.
I’m going to college in September, I’m terrified because of these crash outs I am getting, and extreme low energy I’m getting. I wanna be able to focus in school not have less than half a brain working.
Has anyone ever gone to a sleep aide help/therapy thing? Was it beneficial?
I’m on 3 medications already, I would like to avoid going on another one. I already have a game plan within a few years to also get off those medications so I can stop putting anything like that in my body. I’m trying to keep my body healthy as I can hence quitting smoking and such.
Please help. I’m so sick of being up all hours of the night. I’m so sick of feeling restless everyday and like I have zero energy.
I’m so sick of this.. the crash outs are just gonna get worse.
I’m not looking for medical advice! I just want some tips that have helped people personally or curious if sleep aide is actually worth a shot or a waste of time/money.
Put her into a corner to kinda hold her up better, gave her a pole, very sunny room, don’t over water, gave her plant food.. why does she look like this:( I wanted a monstera so badly and I finally got one. She was doing so well and now she’s not. She has a new leaf that has taken over a month to open and it seems to be dying now.. the newest two leaves she gave are so droopy and have no strength at all. Help please 😣
Chicken and beef are my go to for meat options.
It’s a one time thing but it was worth it.
Is there anything fun to do that’s kinda on the “cheap” end? I do have a student discount if that matters 😉
Up until about roughly 21 days ago now, my days off were taken up by being lazy and smoking weed. (I know, I was lame) I’ve quit now, looking to make some life changes and find other ways to spend my days off but it’s been tough.
Please help me not be stir crazy bored tomorrow! Thanks!
Edit; I love anything animal related and also being outside!
Also, does anyone happen to know what type she is? 🥹
I’m on day 15 of not smoking today! (Trying to quit) my co-worker forgot her ID and wanted me to run into the dispensary for her to grab a dab pen. I was a bit uneasy about it because of quitting being so new and I have never walked into a dispensary and NOT purchased something for myself because well .. why not 😭🤣
Just wanted to share this little moment of victory that I was able to go in and out without it being hard. Without feeling like I need to go home and smoke or cave on quitting with a joint or something. I thought I would feel an unresisting urge that would drive me nuts all night.
I don’t feel like that :’) I feel proud that I’m going on with my evening and not considering smoking or whatever. That was a test for me honestly. Next test will be near someone smoking weed and staying away 😅but I aced the first one! Go me 🙂↕️🥹 this is huge to me, chronic smoker 10+ years, cut cold turkey. ✌🏻😌
