I’m considering a 2020 Bolt EV LT with about 48,900 miles. It has two previous owners, no accidents reported, and the dealer recently installed four tires and replaced the front and rear brake rotors.
The advertised price is $16,995. The breakdown is:
The CARFAX also shows that the car was repossessed in May 2026 before reaching the current dealer.
Here’s where I’m confused about the battery. GM’s VIN lookup shows:
N212345944 appears to be the advanced diagnostic software remedy that initially limits charging to 80% for approximately 6,200 miles. The car has traveled more than 24,000 miles since that remedy, so the restriction should have cleared if no anomaly was detected.
The GM warranty tracker shows the propulsion-battery warranty expiring February 12, 2029 or at 100,009 miles. I haven’t received a repair order showing that the battery pack or any modules were physically replaced.
My questions:
Any advice is greatly appreciated - thank you!

I’m selling the Apple iPad 10th Generation 256GB Blue and Zugu Case. The iPad has been in the Zugu Case since day one. There are no scratches, cracks, or other damage anywhere on the iPad display. There is one small circular chip in the anodized aluminum on the top of the iPad and some small chips in the anodized aluminum around the USB-C port, these are both pictured and look much bigger in the photos than they do in real life. Otherwise, everything is in excellent condition, works perfectly, and was gently used in a pet-free and smoke-free home.

I'm unable to sign up for the 30 day free trial because I didn't receive a text with the authentication code. I'm stuck on this screen:
>Verify your mobile number to continue
>We have sent a 6 digit authentication code to (my phone number).
I spent an hour on the Verizon chat and they called me, I then spent another hour on the phone speaking with three people, and none of them knew how to help me.
I called 800-922-0204 and the automated system couldn't help me either.
I have never signed up for the free trial before.
Any tips on signing up for the free trial?
I'm looking to move my family of four lines from Xfinity Mobile to another Verizon MVNO.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Found these Trinity storage tracks on clearance for $29.97.

I got seven sets for two parallel tracks for my garage.
Is there a way to charge the Steam Controller when the PC is off?
My Steam Controller Puck is plugged into a USB port on the back of my PC. When I'm done playing for the day, I'll connect my Steam Controller to the Puck and then shut down my PC.
This prevents the Puck from charging the Controller. I'm just wondering if there's a way to allow USB charging when the PC is off so the Controller can charge overnight.
Is everyone just leaving their PC on while they charge their Controller?
I'm having trouble getting my Viofo BP100 working in my ID.4 and hoping someone here has run into this.
I have two BP100 batteries, two A329S dash cams, and two 512GB Viofo cards: one set in my 2022 Ford Mustang Mach-E Premium and one in my wife's 2022 VW ID.4 Pro S. I updated the A329S in the ID.4 to firmware VIOFO_A329S_V2.0_260104.
Everything works perfectly in my Mach-E. In the ID.4, neither BP100 will charge using the Hardwiring Power Cable connected to the ID.4 fuse box. However, both batteries charge successfully in the Mach-E using its Hardwiring Power Cable, and both batteries also charge successfully using the Cigarette Lighter Plug Power Cable in the trunks of both cars. The batteries are not defective, so something between the ID.4 fuse box and the BP100, perhaps the Hardwiring Power Cable itself, is the problem.
I tried a number of fuse combinations to rule out installation issues. I grounded the black wire to a chassis ground point with a ring terminal, used a circuit tester to confirm fuse states, and cross-referenced against the 2022 ID.4 fuse reference at https://www.startmycar.com/us/volkswagen/id4/info/fusebox/2022. For the always-on (BAT) connection, I tried F11, F20, F29, F33, and F46. For the ACC connection, I tried F48, F50, and F51. I used both ATO and Mini fuse taps across all of these combinations. No matter what I tried, the app showed "The battery is discharging."
One other odd thing: when the ID.4 is running, the BP100 lightning bolt indicator flashes red, which the manual says means the battery is charging. But the app says it's discharging at the same time.
Has anyone dealt with this? Did you find a fuse combination that worked, or do you think I need a replacement Hardwiring Power Cable?

I have high arches and will be walking around 13 miles a day over 12 hours each day for four days at Disney World and Universal Orlando in September. I just need walking shoes and I don’t run.
I have made this trip a few times over the last four years and didn’t have any issues or pain, just looking to pick up a new pair.
My local running shoe store said my left foot pronates and suggested a wide 10.
Are there any walking shoes you’d recommend for this Disney and Universal trip?

I removed these old garage door openers and need to fix the holes they left behind. How should I address this?
Hello friends - I found an installer listed on the XPEL website and have an appointment with him tomorrow to install windshield/side/back XR Plus tint on my wife's car.
Should I ask the installer for a certificate, warranty, etc., while I'm there? I'm just trying to think of ways to confirm that he's actually installing XR Plus and not a cheaper tint.
There's a 2025 Ford Mustang Mach-E GT that was on the lot at a dealer in Michigan for about a year, then it was traded to a dealer in Atlanta in April, where it's been sitting on the lot for the past 43 days. It had the Michigan dealer's license plate frame in the photos on the Atlanta dealer's website.
The online price is $49,990, which includes the dealer fee and title fee (stated in the fine print at the bottom of the page).
I test drove it today and got the buyer's sheet:
I asked them to remove the "optional" addons and they would not.
I have no intention of buying it. I just find it hilarious how it's under $50K online, but they try and sneak in another $4,365.61 in fees when I tried to buy it (including double-dipping on the dealer and title fees).
I knew it would be expensive but I never imagined it would be over $1,700
