In colloquial speech sex and gender do mean the same thing, but in science they are two distinctly different things. Kind of similar to how the term “theroy” has to vastly different meanings depending if it’s being used in the colloquial sense or not. I honestly don't know what the solution would be to help more people understand they are different, with out coming off as policing others speech.

I get a profound sense of wrongness and discomfort from wearing fem clothes not because I dont want to (I really do), but because my masculine body doesn't fit them. I always thought me being aroused by the same genitalia I have as being some werid fetish until I learned about bisexuality. That along with the being trans thing, like both things combined 100% felt like a fetish. Here’s my wishlist:

- server list to browse public servers
- photo mode w/ exposure adjustments and filters
- ability to spawn in npcs
- Last Ship Standing arena as a legendary location
- have access to all cosmetics
- ability to spawn any item

I would like to avoid the side effects of anti-androgens and the added cost as I’m going to attempt to diy until my appt on September 10th. My only concern is I don’t think this will adequately suppress T. I wanted to know if anyone else has attempted this and did it give the desired effects.

Tw: mentions of genitalia

I’ve heard of this concept before but not sure if I’m experiencing it or I’m just crazy. I’ve examined my brain-body map and I know and can kinda sort of feel where my vulva and vagina are but they aren’t there in reality. When I’m hot and bothered I have a yearning for something to go into my nonexistent vagina. Also it doesn’t feel like I have a penis or testicles and I don’t know where they are in my mind yet they are there in reality.

If you have phantom vagina could you please tell me what it feels like so I can determine if it’s what I’m experiencing?
