This was just published by John Pierce, one of the biggest 2A lawyers in the state.
His reading of this injunction is unfortunately more cautious than what we would like. He even thinks Form 1's after July 1st might not be grandfathered if the Form 1 is approved during the injunction and the injunction is lifted. All the AWB did was give me a severe gun addiction.
Before then, I was just a normie gun owner who had a Glock, a Mini-14, and a Remington shotgun my dad got me as a teenager. Now that I’ve panic bought everything I “thought I would need” before it was banned and tell myself “I’m done for now”, the little voice in my head is saying “yeah, but what about the cool guns that weren’t going to be banned? You don’t have a Henry lever action or a Mossberg Shockwave. And what about cool antiques like a Luger P-08?” And don’t even get me started on suppressors.
Lord give me strength.

Form 1 Disapproved
It was a PSA Sabre-15 stripped lower clone of an M4A1 like the one in this picture. It had a serial # that starts with 'SM' like all M4's do, and in the ATF rejection notes it said if the model is a Sabre-15 the Serial # should start with 'SABRE15' but if it starts with 'SM' then the Model should be listed as 'M4A1 Carbine', but it's not a real M4A1. Has anyone dealt with this issue with submitting an M4A1 stripped lower clone before?

It took SCOTUS 33 years to strike down DC's handgun ban.
DC banned handguns in 1975, and Chicago in 1982, and those laws weren't struck down until DC v. Heller in 2008 and McDonald v. Chicago in 2010. Elections matter, and you can't just hope the courts will save you.

Partisan trigger won’t work with Nexus trip.
Since I've been following on this sub that the Partisan Trigger can work with the Rare Breed trip I went ahead and installed both into my Nexus lower, but in FRT mode it won't function. It cycles another round in but I have to pull the charging handle to reset the trigger, which of course pops the chambered round out. Semi-automatic works just fine. Does anyone have troubleshooting tips?
