How to fake my location on all the web sites that I go in? I try with app editor and it works only for blocking adds, but for the websites it don’t work

It's an Hp Pavilion Invent dv5000 (dv5078EA), it have an AMD Turion 64 ML-34 1.8GHz, GPU AMD ATI Radeon Xpress 200M, chipset ATI RS840M (I think).

I delete MacOS Tahoe, MacOS Recovery gave me the choice to install MacOS Catalina or MacOS Tahoe. After installing it I tried to update it to MacOS Sequoia, but when the installer that I get to the App Store complete to download, it stay stuck at “15,66GB of 15,66GB” and even after 10 minutes is still here. Should I download an available installer of Sequoia or before install directly Sequoia by Catalina I have to update, for example to MacOS Somona or something like this? Thank you
