EE at FAST ISLAMABAD? a good idea?

So I have been applying for CS and like I got no admission in the big boss unis, competitive asf, it is so bad atp that I am having an option of Software Engrr in AIR or BSCS at Islamic, now I hate both of these unis, don't ask me why, I just wanted to be in the big bosses, now the thing is that I am somewhat good at Hardware and I built a complete functioning prototype SOS emergency watch and it had all that electrical stuff, I liked it, and like I do programming too and all that....my merit is enough that I can get admission in EE at FAST ISB easily, do you guys prefer it? how is the system there?

Help me with this error on iTunes 12.5.3

Hey people!

how are you doing.

So I got my hands on an iPhone 6s today.

I wanted to install Instagram on it, but Instagram demands iOS 16.1+

and I have 15.8.7

I tried this iTunes method, where you install iTunes 12.6.5.3 on your laptop and install Instagram on it and then you install Instagram on the mobile and it will give you a chance to download the older versions instead of rejecting you in the face and saying buy a new iPhone.

as soon as I enter my Apple id and password into the iTunes, it gives this error after I enter it.

I don't have any idea, I even tried some youtube tutorials and even that did not help in anyway.

I would really appreciate your help πŸ™

is taking a 5000 IU vitamin D pill two days/week the same as taking 2000IU doses daily?

19, 72kg, 5'7

I barely go out these days and my sunlight exposure is really really low

I got the 5000IU ones from the nearby store

I am thinking if I should return them or Just take these as is and space them??
