What’s your opinion on Nero Narcos

Nero Narcos is a supporting antagonist in the 2000 AD comic strip Judge Dredd. He was the main antagonist in the story "The Doomsday Scenario". He was responsible for employing Vitus Dance and Orlok the Assassin to assassinate a rival criminal and also the man responsible for the Second Robot War.

Biography

Nero is a leader of criminal syndicate called the Frendz Mob, the most powerful criminal organisation in Mega-City One. After surviving but suffering bad injuries after an assassination attempt, his brain has been transplanted into an armoured robotic body and also the Frendz Mob has also been secretly sabotaging the new Judge weapon Mark II Lawgiver Firearms, which the Judges are already being issued with.
After Dredd finds out about the sabotage, before he is able to warn anyone about the sabotage, Nero proceeds with 'Operation Doomsday' which ends up being an all-out attack on the Judges in Mega-City One to overthrow them and take control of the city himself. Although Dredd and Demarco's discovery led to Nero starting his operation early, it was still successful as most of the Judges had been issued with the new Mark II Lawgivers. Legitimate Lawgivers have a safety feature which consists of a sensor in the grip which can detect the palm print of the user and an explosive charge, so that if an unauthorised user attempts to fire one, it will explode in his hand. After Nero transmits a radio signal that will make all of the sabotaged lawgivers explode should the Judges use them. Hundreds of Judges were crippled or killed as a result and Nero proceeds to send the "Assassinator"-class robots city-wide to attack the Judges everywhere. The Judges were in complete disarray.
Later on, the Judges were losing the war badly, with Nero's robots slaughtering Judges and taking Justice buildings. Most of the surviving Judges are in hiding or fighting a guerrilla war since open combat is far too risky. Nero broadcasts the people will be rewarded if they inform on the Judges whereabouts, but promises to execute anyone who aids the Judges. The war is going terribly for the Judges, with Nero's robots being seemingly endless with all the destroyed ones being replaced, the Judges dying in droves, Nero's robots have seized Mega-City One military satellites so he has access to nuclear weaponry and Nero also gained control of the Grand Hall of Justice and the Public Surveillance Unit, enabling him to watch the city and deploy his forces more successfully.
With help from Brit-Cit, Dredd and a squad of American Judges from the embassy go to the Cursed Earth outside of Mega-City One, where Nero has four spaceships land at that location, each containing thousands of Assassinator droids. Dredd and his squad manage to infiltrate on of the ships and reprogram the robots to fight for them and Brit-Cit destroys the other three ships, eliminating Nero's reinforcements.
Without reinforcements and under heavy attack from Dredd's reprogramed assassinators, the Judges fighting back led by Deputy Chief Judge Hershey and Nero's robots suffering heavy casualties, the tide of the war begins to turn for the Judges and Dredd and his squad return to fight in Mega-City One. By the time Nero realises he's defeated, Dredd's robots retake control of Mega-City One's military satellites, denying Nero his doomsday plan. Nero was gunned down in the street by a dozen Judges and they regain control of Mega-City One.

What’s your opinion on Rampage

History and background

Stuart Clarke was born and raised in East Lansing, Michigan. He was the scientifically brilliant but economically naïve founder of Clarke Futuristics, a struggling Los Angeles hi-tech designer and manufacturing firm. Clarke's lawyer and financial manager Crawley urged him to sell the company, but Clarke refused, not wanting to "sell his soul" to big business, causing the company to go bankrupt when the recession came.

Firing Crawley, Clarke took a prototype exoskeleton and went on a crime spree. Dubbed Rampage by the cops, he fought the Champions and tried to blow himself up, but failed. He was then recruited by a Soviet-backed team led by Yuri Petrovich. Delivering a message to the Champions in their base, he was tricked into blowing himself up by the Soviets and was hospitalized. He later mind-controlled Iceman to attack the Champions' founder Angel but was stopped by Spider-Man.
Recession Raiders
Eventually recovering, he founded a team called the Recession Raiders, each with a suit like his. He was eventually caught by Wonder Man and Beast, but was bailed out by Lotus Newmark and hired to make suits for her Armored Response team. But it was exposed as a protection racket by Wonder Man.

Baintronics
He began working for Baintronics Inc. Later, Clarke met Parnell Jacobs, who had found the missing War Machine Armor, and modified it for their employer Sunset Bain. Clarke was contacted by Sunset and Jacobs, each saying the other was trying to kill them. After Clarke killed Jacobs after he sold him the War Machine Armor, Sunset betrayed him and took the armor, but was later shot by the Punisher.

After this, he then broke into a Stark facility and killed a guard before he was captured by S.H.I.E.L.D.; after the mass breakout, he went underground and changed his file so the murder was not on it.
Punisher
He ended up working with the Punisher after the Civil War, providing the vigilante with super-powered weapons. He was obsessed with Iron Man. He helped track down high tech villains such as Stilt-Man and the Tinkerer. Stuart begins to form a strong admiration for Frank and Frank's war on crime. When G.W. Bridge and Jigsaw were both hunting for Frank he went into hiding with Lynn Michaels, a woman treating Frank's wounds.
When Frank was captured by S.H.I.E.L.D., Clarke started to make a plan to break him out, but was shot by Lynn Michaels, who was an undercover agent. He survived the shooting, but lost three of his fingers on one of his hands.
During the Secret Invasion someone sent him a DVD of Frank killing his girlfriend, under the Hate-Monger's influence. Afterwards, Stuart decided to kill him. During the fight, he received serious injuries to his face, giving him scars like Jigsaw.

Jigsaw
He worked with the original Jigsaw, and was killed by him when he tried to murder Henry Russo, Jigsaw's son.

Return
Clarke later returned to life through unknown means and attended a meeting of various villains organized by the Wizard to discuss what to do abo ut Doctor Doom who had unexpectedly decided to turn heroic and become the new Iron Man. As the Hood brought up the idea of forming a gang of villains to take Doom out, Doom suddenly appeared and took down all of the villains present.
Clarke later joined the newest incarnation of Hood's Gang and was among those in the gang who witnessed the Hood interrogate Doom on where he hid his vast fortune during his time as ruler of Latveria.

History
Jonathan Bates is the orphaned child of deceased Air Force personnel, and like Mike Moran, he was used by The Spookshow as a test subject in Project Zarathustra. In 1954 he was given the ability to change places in space and time with a superpowered cellular replicate, Kid Miracleman, through the use of the magic word, “Miracleman.” As with Mike Moran/Miracleman, all of Johnny Bates/Kid Miracleman's thoughts and memories are shared between the two bodies, while the body occupying infra-space has no consciousness and did not age.

After 9 years being kept in a "Para-reality dreamworld", he, Miracleman and Young Miraclemanwere released into the arctic, where they were nuked. While Young Miracleman died, and Miracleman lost his memories, Kid Miracleman survived.
Deciding to remain in his Kid Miracleman form but utilizing Bates' identity, he would grow Starburst Cybernetics thanks to his powers, intellect and corporate espionage. He would eventually grow entirely corrupt as well, his power leading him to detest regular humans.
After 12 years had past, Miracleman remembered his change word and regained his memories. Watching him on tv and realizing Mike's threat to his empire, he called him to his tower to discuss things. While he and his wife are there, Kid Miracleman attempts to persuade Mike with telepathy and telling him how he also lost his powers, however Mike can see past it and confirms his suspicions when Kid Miracleman flies after being thrown off the balcony.
He then kills a secretary who was bringing him tea to show how he doesn't mind killing people. Transforming into Miracleman, they battle, however Kid Miracleman's superior experience and powers allows him to triumph twice, but in a moment of hubris, he utters his name, reverting back into 13-year-old Johnny Bates, then promptly taken to a nursing home.
Bates remains catatonic for a while, seeking to keep back Kid Miracleman, however after the Qys probe his mind and Kid Miracleman manipulates him, he regains consciousness. He is bullied by the other kids at the orphanage, and confides in a nice nursing lady who took care of him when he was catatonic.
Bates finally breaks when the boys assault him, releasing Kid Miracleman, who kills them, but in a moment of mercy, spares the nursing lady, only to return to kill her. He wreaks havoc on London, killing time by slaughtering the populace, until Miracleman, Miraclewoman, Huey Moon and a Warpsmith appear. He defeats them all, but one of the Warpsmiths figures that due to him relying on a force field, teleporting in an object can harm him. Kid Miracleman is wounded by a rock in the side of his head, and kills the Warpsmith, but not before it can teleport a metal bar into his chest. The pain forces him to revert to Bates, who is comforted and killed by Miracleman to end the threat once and for all.
Kid Miracleman then appears in Young Miracleman's dreams, telling him to finish what he started. However, Young Miracleman apparently rejects his offer and seeks to keep him at bay.

Personality
In his youth, Kid Miracleman was bright, optimistic and a bit immature, fighting for good alongside the rest of the Miracleman Family. However, after they were nuked and Johnny was seemingly the lone survivor, he would grow arrogant and conceited, seeing how weak other humans were and taking sadistic pleasure in killing them. He also harbored an immense hatred for Miracleman and was overjoyed when he proved his superiority in combat.
After being trapped in Johnny Bates' mind, he grew increasingly mad, and once he was released, brutally massacred the people of London simply to pass time and get Miracleman's attention. Now, he seeks to corrupt Dickie Dauntless.
