Best time to take vitamin D3 +k2?

Some say “Vitamin D suppressed melatonin. Take it with the natural circadian cycle. So probably with breakfast.”

Some say “Lunch better because usually that’s where the most fat are and vitamin D is fat soluble”

So breakfast or lunch?

S&P DJI warns Indonesia stocks risk downgrade

JAKARTA - S&P Dow Jones Indices (S&P DJI) has issued a warning to Indonesia over share ownership transparency on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).

The global index provider said Indonesia's market classification status could be reviewed if the issue of share ownership transparency is not resolved within one year from the implementation of special treatment.

In its latest market classification review, S&P DJI said it is monitoring reform developments in Indonesia's capital market, including progress on the disclosure of share ownership data and guidelines issued by the IDX.

"If conditions deteriorate, S&P DJI will consider implementing special treatment for stocks from Indonesia," S&P DJI said in an announcement released on Wednesday morning (8 July) Indonesia time.

Following the implementation of such special treatment, any changes to Indonesia's equity market classification would be made during the following year's review period. This could potentially result in Indonesia being downgraded from an Emerging Market to a Frontier Market.

In addition to Indonesia, Turkey is facing similar concerns due to share ownership transparency issues. S&P DJI has also opened the possibility of reclassifying Turkey's equity market from Emerging Market to Frontier Market in its next review.

For reference, Indonesia's weighting in the S&P DJI Emerging Markets Index stood at 1.68% as of 15 May 2026. The countries with the largest weightings in the index were China at 32.40%, Taiwan at 22.44%, and India at 18.76%. (KR/LM)

LVMH, Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton ($MC) a French Luxury giant for a global wealth recovery play

For a quick refresher, LVMH is the world’s dominant luxury goods conglomerate, managing a portfolio of 75 prestigious houses across fashion, leather, jewelry, and spirits. They are the active brand engine behind massive, globally recognized status symbols like Louis Vuitton, Dior, Tiffany & Co., and Hennessy.

Global demand for ultra-luxury is structurally expanding because the long-term compounding of global high-net-worth wealth is creating a massive, highly resilient class of affluent consumers, leaving heritage craftsmanship and prime retail real estate severely bottlenecked.

LVMH is compelling because they’re a vertically integrated powerhouse operating as a literal index fund for global elite consumption, granting them absolute pricing power. A p/e of around 22 is cheap for them especially with the future secular growth of global affluence.

Given the structural permanence of centuries-old brand moats and their unmatched pricing power to beat inflation, it’s a buy IMO. I know you guys will said Hermes is better but their p/e is usually trade at more premium (p/e 37) so it has less of a buffer when things goes south.

Indonesia posts first trade deficit in six years, inflation accelerates

JAKARTA, July 1 (Reuters) - Indonesia posted a trade deficit of $1.61 billion in May, its first in six years, as exports unexpectedly fell due to lower commodity shipments, while imports surged, official data showed on ‌Wednesday.

The inflation rate in Southeast Asia's biggest economy also accelerated, edging closer to the top end of the central bank's target range.

May exports fell 5.73% from a year earlier to $23.2 billion, compared to the median forecast in a Reuters poll of analysts of a 5.2% rise, the data from Statistics Indonesia showed.

Imports rose 22.16% to $24.81 billion against a forecast of 18.26% growth, boosted by a 99.5% surge in refined oil purchases, reflecting elevated global oil prices and a 13% increase in import volume.

Indonesia's annual inflation rate accelerated to a three-month high of 3.34% in June from 3.08% in May, higher than the median forecast in a Reuters poll and moving closer to the top end of Bank Indonesia's comfort range.

The poll forecast a June annual rate of 3.2%. BI has set a target rate between 1.5% and 3.5%.
"At this stage, we do not rule out the possibility of another BI rate hike in 2026 should conditions deteriorate further," Bank Permata economist Faisal Rachman said.

Soal Patriot Bond

IMO, it’s worse than we all think.

(Kebal hukum)

Cuman negara "sampah" aja yg punya instrumen kek gini macem bangladesh, pakistan, turki.

Yg bilang Singapura lakuin hal sama itu bodoh, mereka strict/ketat banget soal ini. Mereka bisa attract capital karna low corporate tax. Bukan karna menjual instrumen buat cuci uang yg dilindungi secara hukum.

Efeknya kalau udh di audit sama institusi
internasional, IMO indonesia bisa kena de-risk, downgrade credit rating dan paling parah rupiah hancur/hiperinflasi.

Luxury Stocks rebound play due to recent US-Iran peace deal + industry not disrupted by AI

Anyone looking into this?

Stock like EPA:MC (LVMH) or maybe EPA: RMS (Hermes) are down like 26% 5Y

Since the recent news of US-Iran peace deal, maybe it’s good time for them to rebound?

It’s also a plus that i think it will never be disrupted by AI + it took years to build off brand power and loyal customers..

I think competitor from China is a bit too much, most of them starting to tap in as well, buying into China local brands to expands.
