Mom told me no more raw meat and milk because apparently it’s super dangerous with all the bacteria(she was fine with until she “heard stories”, I got milk without telling her(in my mini fridge), then for some reason she opened the fridge, got mad at me, told me she’ll pour it all out, I guarded the fridge with my body, she said that she doesn’t want me living here, so I went to my dad(he doesn’t really care about me eating this way). Lowkey what am I supposed to do in this situation?

Back in late October-early November I started eating raw meat/eggs, and from time to time, raw dairy(when I could find it), tho I I was never really strict and still had slightly clocked meat from time to time, in the past two months tho I was pretty locked in on the diet, raw eggs, found a good raw dairy source, raw meat, lube formulas, occasionally some raw carrot juice.
Now with context, my question is, should I eat high meat? I really wanna try, but I heard people say that you shouldn’t eat high meat until you’ve been on the diet for quite some time.
So I found a good farm for red meat, but there’s one flaw- the organs are frozen, the muscle meat is fresh tho(majority of my meat consumption is muscle), I ordered muscle meat and also liver and brain(frozen). I try to minimise previously frozen meat, but I really want to include liver and from the local butcher it does not taste good and I think the quality isn’t really great, and this butcher also sells brain(which I also really wanna try) for a really high price as opposed to the farm. I can’t find good quality organs fresh. So do you think I should ditch the organs or eat the previously frozen ones?
Did anyone try making unsalted pickles? I thought about making some with acv and water. Any suggestions?
I know aajonus said to not mix fruit with red meat, because it makes the meat a fuel rather than a building material, I heard there are exceptions(or at least one exception) like pineapple. So does this apply to all fruit, including low carb ones like tomatoes and cucumbers?
I left raw milk in my closet for 3 days, but something went wrong. usually it just separates and the top becomes yogurt, but for some reason the top became foamy, no separation and the milk has this kinda carbonated feel to it. What happened?
I went two and a half hours bus drive in each up north to get 20 litres of raw milk and a kilo of raw butter. Took me six and a half hours total, is it peak?
I was pretty malnourished as a kid, so growing up I had crooked teeth, in November 2023 (when I was 13), I got braces. I wore them until late February 2026 (I’m 15 now, 16 in August), so about two years and three months.
For context, I started eating raw meat, dairy, and eggs in late October-early November 2025. I’m not fully on the diet because raw dairy is illegal where I live, so it’s really hard for me to get. Also, I can’t really afford high quality meat, eggs, etc. I’m trying to do my best, and I might have finally found an affordable source of raw dairy.
Back to the main point-I now have to wear retainers at night. Will the diet help nourish my body enough to stop my teeth from shifting back, so I won’t need to wear retainers? Did Aajonus ever talk about this? If so, I’d like to hear. Also, feel free to share your thoughts, I’d be glad to hear them.
