Unmotivated in work

How did you deal with work stress(especially in your 1st job) and did it scar you mentally forever?

It's been 3 days and by the day I'm losing my passion for my job. I work a 7-5 corporate job for 2 months now and slowly realising that the job is not for me. As my hate grew for my job it also dwindle my motivation to work down. My coworkers are also not very nice and the micromanaging of the company is stressing me.

I am also financially stressed since I want to move out of my parents home as fast as possible and be independent. I'm not gonna lie I've been having negative thoughts for a while now and it's even stressing me more 🙃.

I tried to tell my parents and siblings about it but they just told me to grit my teeth through it and be thankful because many people wants to be in my position.

It is my 1st job but I didn't know it could affect me this mentally.

Need advice

Short summary:

I'm currently a probationary daily-rated employee in a 7-5 corporate setting. My position is Business Analyst(Technical side and business side) I am paid minimum wage.

It is my first job and it has been stressing me. My contract says that if I stay here more that 60 days (June 26, 2026 is my 60th day) ill need to pay a bond if I resign.

After working here for a month I realised how both unqualified I am in the position and how they swamp work in one person(me). There are also instances where my workmates wasnt really the kindest of human beings. Now here I am thinking if I should resign with the amount that I saved (which is not much) and continue to apply online for other opportunities.

Also one more question: How kind is the job market for people who quit their first job early?

(If you notice typo or bad explanation just tell me in the comments I'm writing this during my break)

I currently live with my parents so budget is not really that tight. I'm just worried about moving out money.
