After putting it together I kinda dont like the black background, what do you think would look best. Also the rocks for earth bending, color them brown or green?

So I'm regrouting this whole shower and I saw that a teared a piece of the kerdi sheet and now it made a flap, is this an easy fix or am I cooked. Was thinking of removing a couple of the tiles around it and then patch it with a new 2x2" kerdi piece and new thinset. Or is that the wrong approach.
Tiles are 1x1 btw.
Also if a couple of tiles I saw are butt to butt is it possible to remove those and align it so it has grout in-between rather than redoing the whole floor?
So I need to regrout my mom's shower floor. One hexagon came out and the surrounding areas are losing its grout. I've done a little bit of reserach of how to do and what I need but if I am missing anything or if you guys have tips do tell. I read that i need to remove any of the times in the surrounding area thats losing its grout. (do I need to put something underneath the removed tiles to secure to the floor or do i just clean the area and grout over it?)
i also read to put a sealer afterwards to protect it and that would be a annual thing.
I need to get a
grout float (does it matter what kind/material)
Grout Rake (can a utlity knife work as well) i have a oscillating tool but i am worried that i might cut to deep.

I purchased these off Walmart since they were 2 dollars each when I brought them. The reflective strips come off easy so it becomes a plain t-shirt.
I have AT soon so I thought I would get sweat resistance ones and this was a great deal.
They just got delivered and now that I see it in person, unlike the issued ones from BCT which are more like a green color, these are more tan.
I appreciate any insight on this thanks.

2 years ago we got our shower redone and recently we saw that a couple of tiles have been loose on the floor. The person who did it use these 2...
now fast forward to April 2026 where the loose tile started showing first. We asked the guy to come back about the problem and he told us to get new grout. The people who sold us our bathroom wears gave us this thing to use as what they said is better after we told them about our problem. Which they gave for free which was nice of them. The contractor then goes and regrouts the tile though apparently he never use the new product but instead the 2 year old one that was already opened. Which was weird since he told my mom to get new grout, i wasn't home so I didn't know what happened till after it was regrouted.
now fast forward till now a couple months later and pieces became loose again. So basically now that you know the story what I am asking is what should be done that I could do myself in order to fix this problem for my mom. Since its the mosaic hexagon tile that comes a one piece is it fine to just regrout a layer with new grout or does it need that white webbing thing thats on the other side of the tile. I am pretty handy so I think it wont be that much of a problem for me to do.
Some one before also suggested to had another layer of tile over it but I am not so sure of that. Thank you for the help
