Can CECH-H01 Ps3 consoles have fixed 90nm gpus? (March 2008)

Hi guys I stumbled upon an H01 on an online marketplace, I don't have the unit in hand but I just wanted to ask you guys if and when Sony started putting fixed 90nm RSXes in these.

This one was made in March 2008, so I believe it cannot have a fixed chip, but if I were to find a later H01, maybe from April-May 2008, would it be possible for that to have a fixed 90nm?

Hi guys I don't know if how I phrased the title is accurate, but I also included a video of the issue I'm asking about. I'm using the word loose because I believe that drives with this symptom probably encountered an impact, or fall at some point in their life. This is just speculation though, I'm not certain on it.

I have a couple other 2.5 sata hdds that have this issue, and when powered off the heads can be heard moving around when shaking it. I don't know if this is normal or not, because all the drives that have this symptom appear fine in Crystal disk. Not all of my 2.5 sata drives do this, just some. For example, my Western digital drives do not have this issue, but this hitachi, a toshiba, and an older samsung all do. (These tested good in Crystal disk despite this)

What would cause this, and is this an issue that affects the functionality of the drive?
