I'm 30 and have been applying for jobs since I was 16. And no job will hire me, no matter how many times I apply. Will someone help me? Cause I'm deeply depressed about it

I was told I was a starseed, a light worker and an earth angel. I try the best I am to spread peace and love like I'm supposed to. But all I get is yelled at, screamed, taken advantage of and treated like shit, where I don't want to be one anymore. I don't want to help people. Is there some kind of witchcraft or something to not make me one anymore? Cause 98% of the time I get treated poorly.
