Is it even still worth going gym as a 5'3 male?

Long story short im 17 M,5'3,worse? Im skinny asf. I cant change my height really but is going to gym gonna make any difference to my appearance other than height or I should jus lose my hope for a good physique 😪

Just started calculus as a high schooler from few days and i've a qns about continuity

so i learned the 3 conditions of continuity, however the 3rd one,

lim{x->a} f(x) = f(a) where both limit and f(a) is defined,

For a function in which limit and f(a) is defined, yet limit{x->a} ≠ f(a),all the examples I found online/textbook are piecewise functions,

So I wonder If theres a function outside of piecewise functions that satisfy this DISCONTINUITY?
