Can anyone give advice as i have tried all i can and im only getting the HDD spinning and the light and disc drive turning on but then it plays a second chime and shuts off i know its not the PSU as i have tried two

Is my bowie cassette broken as i tried playing life on mars it ended up like this, from there i got the tape back in and tried rewinding from side B (the side i wasnt listening to) and flipped it and rewound and once finished i fastforwarded to life on mars again and 3 seconds in its back like this?
