What should I look for when choosing algae oil supplements?

I can eat fish but the thing is that it makes my body odor stink especially when I sweat. I've read that algae oil supplements is a good alternative. What should I look for on the label before choosing one? How do I know for sure it doesnt contain any fish or marine ingredients at all?

Can someone explain to me why 5 minute showers isn't long enough to be clean?

I'm a male with short hair and I normally just rinse for 30 seconds or less, turn off the water, shampoo myself up then soap my body up for a few minutes, rinse, soap the armpits and groin again, rinse then I'm done in 5 minutes. I never had any complaints about smelling bad or anything, but I've read that people take 15 minutes at minimum to an hour.

Has anyone here ever had a wedding with no one in their aisle?

I guess this applies to married introverts whether to other introverts or extroverts. I may be getting married soon to my girlfriend who is an ambivert so she knows some people and her aisle will be full of people... but on the other hand, I will have no more than a few people in my aisle (parents, maybe siblings, maybe a few relatives but thats it). I feel bad and embarassed about this because you can just imagine the crap talking that will occur when her side of the family finds out that I dont know much people. Has anyone dealt with this? Also I've never been to a wedding so I just assume the layout was structered between the groom and the bridge on each side of the aisle and their guests. Also no wingmen.

Havent read a book in over 20 years and want to start reading again. Which genre or authors do you recommend?

I'd like to work my way up again so any books with heavy use of difficult words or just dry reading makes me fall asleep or become distracted easily (I'm 40 now). I have access to several libraries and I've visited a few times but I've no idea where to start and there are many books to read. I'm guessing its because my ADHD just becomes overwhelmed with the selections.

Do you really need protein shakes if you can just eat foods high in protein instead?

For example, my protein shake is 140 cals and 20g of protein... or I can just eat breakfast or dinner (chicken breasts) depending on when my workout is that day and get 300 calories and 45g-50g of protein from that.... am I missing something here that protein shakes are essentially useless if you have real food?

I only go to Costco once a year. Should I just cancel it?

$6/mo for the basic gold membership. My parents already have an executive membership and they go once a month for their groceries and other house needs, but the last time I went was once last year usually during the holidays for their pumpkin pie and other holiday treats. I normally do my groceries at smart and final each week primarily for chicken, pasta, fruits and veggies. I can afford the membership, but as far as I'm aware there is no option to pause the subscription which is what I want. Should I just cancel it and restart it again in the future? I feel like I may be missing out on some benefits for being a long standing member.

Anyone else here shower for no more than 5 minutes?

I'm a guy with short hair and recently I've turned on the shower for no more than 30 seconds to a minute to rinse myself and get the soap wet. Turn off the water then lather myself up then spend the next 4 minutes just rinsing it off and lathering the privates and armpits again. Been doing this for a few months now and never had any complaints about my smell at work. Has anyone else showered for 5 minutes or less?

I just have a few people at work that I constantly overhear every single morning talking shit about me. Things such as how I shouldnt have received that promotion, shouldn't be paid more, that I dont contribute much to the team, that I dont even hang out with coworkers after work, etc. Even some bullshit rumors that isnt even remotely true. I always just try to ignore it but sometimes its difficult. I'd like to confront them, but then I remember that I can be fired for ANY reason and its definitely not worth getting fired over some petty stuff. What else can I do to not let the shit talking bother me? We cannot wear earbuds or headphones.

I'm in the U.S. and she's in the PI. We've been together for 2 years now and have met 6x total now (I go there 3 times a year but the last two are very short like 1 week). The only time I can get 3-4 weeks is in May and I'm wanting to do the marriage at that point, but as far as I'm aware, I cant simply just go to the church and just get married. I would need to go to the city hall in her city and file for a marriage license yes? And if I'm wanting the wedding in May, how many months before should it be before I propose? Because I will only have May to do everything before flying back for work. What is the CORRECT way to do it? I emphasize that because sometimes the AI results are wrong.

One of the tenants roommate still lives here and lets the other tenant who moved out come inside on the weekends as they're buddies. He's already moved out but he's still here and I dont want him here because he's caused a lot of troubles in the past. I dont want to straight up tell him that he's barred due to legal issues since i'm in CA, but what should I do at this point?

We normally do a 1 year lease contract starting in January of each year. My tenant told me 2 weeks ago that he'd move out. Last week he moved out most of his things but still hasnt returned the keys and I already called him and he said he'd return it by yesterday.... well that time has come and passed and he still hasnt returned the keys and I already left a voicemail. Do we have the right to enter the unit now?
