I need some bone conduction earphones

Hallo, my shokz openrun pro 2 unfortunately broke today after 2 years of use. I've really loved them but now I have to look for a replacement, preferably for around 100 euros. I can't use overears as I sweat profusely under them during the summer heat and in ears have consistently given me ear infections whenever I wore them, I have quite dry ears. I live in Germany where we use Amazon and local retailers. I don't demand crazy sound capability, I'm not an audiophile just something decent maybe a bit basey if possible. I'll mostly use them when I'm out and about, during work with calls and during sports.
