New to this, can I get some guidance?

I have an old monster high freaky fusions doll that's missing half her stuff, wings, and her hair is a mess. I was thinking of stripping everything down to just the model and using it to make a doll that looks like the image (by starrcats on insta)

I don't know where to start tbh. Or if I even should. Any insight or tips are welcome, I'm a blank canvas.

Can't break the hand barrier

I'm just a little confused on why he seems to hate my hands. I think it's because I have to chase him periodically to put him back in his cage, and that scares him, but I only ever grab/restrain him for a few seconds at a time to do that. I've watched all the suggested tutorials online. He won't accept food from my hands ever, even if it's in a bowl and scheduled. I can pass him with my hands to clean his cage but if he sees them coming toward him he gets scared... Or does what he did in the video

Sorry, I took this video just to show y'all. I don't do this regularly at all.

I'm trying to make a cage and want something to model it off of, are these good styles for a flightless bird or would they be too cramped?

I'm having some trouble bonding with my dude. I know it's only been 3 days, I'm so impatient. I need to be corrected if I'm doing something wrong though, if I'm doing something to hinder progress.

This is Odysseus, he's a half-flighted pigeon I rescued Saturday. He is comfortable being in my presence, so long as I'm in a non-threatening position. He will eat and preen if I'm sitting, but will otherwise tense up and freeze if I'm walking around or he thinks I'm coming towards him. I can fiddle around in his cage, and he doesn't care so long as I'm not reaching for him, he just is cautious. But he won't move away from me or panic.

I just want to know if there's something more I can do to win his favor. Sometimes he'll come out if I leave the door open and strut around, jump up on something, and chill. He is super calm all the time and has never had a big freak out, if I do have to remove him from his cage he doesn't put up much of a fight, just kind of walks out of the way of my hand.

Any the advice from pigeon owners is appreciated. He has been cooing and playing with toys which seems like a good sign. He overall seems comfortable. I'm just trying to break the friendliness barrier. Thank you!

Hello! This is Odysseus, my flightless (for now) rescue pigeon. I want to harness train him for the summer and get him super socialized, how can I do that without scaring him or forcing it on him? The YouTube videos I watched are all either for parrots, or the pigeon already looks trained

Ody is hand tame but doesn't particularly enjoy being picked up. I won't start right away as I got him Saturday but due to how he is now, I want to make the right moves early to make it as easy as possible.

Thanks!!

(FYI, his enclosure has since been changed, picture is just for cuteness)

He's got a broken wing. For anyone wondering, I can't get him to the vet sooner due to the surprise of the situation and the non-urgency. He is in really good health visually, his crop and weight feel good. Been eating, drinking, and taking in gravel. I wish I could bring him in sooner but it's out of my control.

He's super handleable.

I have called my local racing association and wildlife rescue, this dude is from Hong Kong (banded) so there is no way to get him back. I am adopting him

Also, I can't decide between the names "Big Iron', "Ranger", "Indiana", or "Dundee" so if anyone could help me break the tie it would be appreciated!
