What should I feel?

Everytime I'm doing push ups (with good form, believe me) I mostly feel my shoulders for some reason. I've been doing push ups for years before actually starting working out a year ago.

Everytime I'm doing dips, I don't really feel my chest, should I feel my lower chest at all? Believe me I'm leaning forward, when I finish a set I do have cracks in my chest.

I have nice shoulders and maybe it's the body dismorphia, but I don't feel like my chest is changing much.

Should I do high rep push ups and dips? What do you think I should do, should I just wait and see what happens?

שלוש, אם אתה נפגש עם חבר ואתם עולים בתחנות שונות אז לקבוע באיזה קרון אפשר להיפגש.

ראיתי שמספרו את החלונות ולא הבנתי למה.

יצא לי להיות בסיור סליחות בירושלים היום

שנים שלא הייתי בעיר אז ממש רציתי ללכת לזה, גם אם אני לא דתי. הרגשתי ממש כמו תייר, היה ממש נחמד לחוות את העיר ולשאוף את התרבות.

שום דבר לא מובן מאליו, לפעמים פחות זה יותר.

אם הייתי יכול הייתי עובר גם ברובע הנוצרי, בעיר דוד ובנקבת השילוח וכו'...
