As a female how to remove facial hair I don’t want to wax my face it will damage my skin , currently don’t have the budget for laser hair removal .

I was planning on applying to Qau but few friends of mine advised me not to . They said tho qau is ranked no1 , its student environment is very pendu and conservative.
