Anxiety sleep
I had really poor sleep this week with insomnia (2-5 hours) , 0 last night. I go out to eat swim and come home tired I nod off browsing my phone so I get my blanket and curl up 7 pm.
I get anxiety, arms jump and panicked to hurry up and fall asleep before dark. Like I panic in not gonna fall asleep and I’ll be laying in bed all through the night until 7 am.
It’s like that 5 am I panic for my brain to shut off to beat the sun rise.
I hate everything atm
I wish it was winter it stays darker longer
