Like a mod or a way after finishing the game or any game mode

I'm on death march ng+ and enemies have too much health which makes it more tedious than it already is , is these a way to do less melee damage and more crossbow damage? And somewhere where enemies are low level cuz the skillege spot 3 enemies are level 71

So here's my situation in detail: My controller was working fine till today, now it always in Nintendo mode whenever i turn it on, but it's normally in xinput mode when i plug it with a cable to my pc. I tried resetting from behind the controller, updating the firmware in gamesir connect, and even turning it on with home plus x button but when i hold them it lights green but then back to red which is the Nintendo mode after making the sound in pc that in turned on like 3 times.

And my second problem that LT is always stuck either holding itself down or not doing anything even if i press it

Idk why but the turbo function isn't working fine and 2 of the 4 variations i can choose from have my middle lamp lighting red fast even without pressing anything, i tried reseting with a needle from the back but didn't work, charging isn't the problem either

My pc when it starts it gives me diagnosing pc and then a blue screen, and when it launched to windows everything isn't working even restart button in windows and wallpaper engine and pretty much all apps.

My friend tried resetting his drivers with ddu and we saw a video on the internet saying do safe boot before, now there is no display at all and he's thinking of removing the cmos battery but he's scared what's the solution here

Any tips would be appreciated It's my first falcom game and im having fun, just beat the mines quest and did every main and side quest up to that point. Problem is i feel very weak and mot having variety of weapons and magic to play around with, i know im still early but does this game have fun build ideas? Also wtf does walking during turn based do other than going to a friend to give heals or something.
