I’m interested in the option on the left which is ticked. Each time I try and open the item it says it’s unavailable. I called my local store and the lady wasn’t overly helpful just wanted the IN number which I couldn’t access so I gave up and tried all 3 browsers. Before selecting a store on a new browser, I was able to click into the actual item but now I can’t again.

All other pages this size are around $18+ so they can’t actually be that price surely?

I have 2 tanks with high nitrite, I will list the values below and actions I have taken. I am out of town until Thurs 3pm (it is Tues 7.30pm now). Is there something I should do tomorrow before I leave home at 6am?

The corys were only added to the tank yesterday

I inherited three rasbora with a bunch of other fish in a fully established tank about 4 weeks ago. I’ve been testing the water frequently and all has been fine. At the weekend I removed the gravel which has a black epoxy coating which had been flaking off for some time and replaced it with Seachem Flourite, plain gravel and sand. All prerinsed.

Last night out of nowhere the smallest of the rasbora suddenly sank to the floor upside down and an hour later was dead. My home water test showed all the parameters were fine, ammonia was the only one I couldn’t test for so have got water for a pet store test today.

I do feel like they are more pale then when I got them and they don’t eat with the same gusto as the guppies but I hear they are the piglets of the fish world.

Any thoughts welcome, we are new to tropicals!

Yes there are only two, they came with the fully established tank. Have owned it 3 weeks.

The guppies are super greedy, I swear they come to the feeding flap when I open it. The rasbora will catch some on its way down. But the tetra both just ignore it all

I only had goldfish when I was a kid, recently got into tropicals with my daughter. We bought a fully established tank with an 8yr old bristlenose.. unnamed!!

We’ve called him Bublé 😅

It does my head in. I have a stupid 2 tier counter which is just screaming out for thiiiings to be placed on it. It is going very soon and I will have one normal flat counter with breakfast bar rather than raised breakfast bar area

I think I have solved it..

I have very little wall space in my whole house thanks to sliding doors and large windows, open plan layout and additional doors where there could be none.

I have been brainstorming off and on about 3M Velcro options, a horizontal strip with the same on the back of art so they can be alternated here and there depending on what I have to display and what looks good where.

Suddenly I thought of picture ledges! Initially I thought of picture rails but these seem to be more for hanging than propping. Fix these in the wall spaces (I would paint them the same colour as the wall personally) and our PBN can be rotated as and when the mood requires! You’ll have to imagine how this will look because I don’t want to use AI for a mockup but I’ve included pics of my bedroom, right to left, (where my fav pieces will go, but they have to be in theme) and an example from Google.

*I semi made my bed to make it look presentable for this post so be grateful, I share with a Boxer, a Staffy and a cat.. they haven’t learned to fix the bed in the mornings yet 😅

So many opinions! Some very valid and ultimately I left the decision up to her, she chose the tank and decided she can wait to upgrade from a king single to a queen next year 😉 Link here

I’m not in love with the LED strip on the bottom edge but her room, her tank! The remote for the tank lights also changes the colour for the strip which was unexpected! Not the other way around tho. Water is cycling just waiting for it to be ready for the fish!
