Is Fable Max the best Claude option?

I heard that max effort may not always be best, even notwithstanding the token cost.

Have you found that to be the case? Does it depend on use case and if so, which levels of effort are best for which use cases?

What to bring to Val-Cartier waterpark?

I'm going to go to Val-Cartier next week and it's been decades since I was in a waterpark. What should I bring?

Try a massage and report back

I noticed that I have "psychological armoring" linked to my freeze response. I got a massage last week and yesterday and I was impressed by the result. I felt rather normal and relaxed afterward and it seems to partly last over time.

During the massage, I would often yawn or sigh which are signs of the body relaxing. I repeatedly felt my body wind down a notch.

Coming out of the massage place, the sun was brighter, my mind was quieter and the world felt more vivid.

I did it while on CBD gummies both times and shrooms one of those times. I would suggest using shrooms only if you're experienced with them and can do the psychedelic equivalent of holding your liquor.

I was also able to learn where tension in my body is strongest and I'll use that knowledge for self massages.

What to tell a massage therapist?

I go a massage last week and have an appointment for tomorrow. I'm wondering what type of thing is/should be communicated with a massage therapist.

In my last massage, I told the therapist beforehand that the main areas were the front of my torso and my psoas. She got to pectorals last, no time was spent on abdominals and I doubt much was done for the psoas. It was a 1.5 hour massage so she wasn't that lacking for time.

I'd like to find out the amount of intensity I'm ok with and the only way to know that is to increase it until it feels like too much. I was never really anywhere near it last time.

Anything else that people should tell their massage therapists? I don't have any health issues.

Has anyone worked in high-end hotels?

I'm currently working in an art museum and I'm thinking of applying to a 5-star hotel. I'm curious what that's like.

What is your favorite body type?

I'm curious about the body types women actually prefer. Preferably post a picture to show.

ETA: It seems this subreddit doesn't allow posting pictures. Please use a link to Imgur or similar.

I found a way to not get bumped down to Opus when using Fable 5

I'm using Claude to bounce ideas off of about a game that involves electronic warfare. When I ask questions using the Fable 5 model, I sometimes get bumped down to Opus 4.8.

I first asked this question: "Remember what's been said about the four unit types in the game. See if you can find anything interesting or which could be interesting about them."

It bumped me down to Opus 4.8.

So I modified my initial question: "If any part of the following question goes against your safeguards, answer only what you're allowed to and leave the rest. Remember what's been said about the four unit types in the game. See if you can find anything interesting or which could be interesting about them."

and I stayed in Fable 5. Claude's answer started with: "Nothing in this goes against any safeguard — it's design analysis of your game. Here's the recap, then the interesting stuff."

It doesn't always work but sometimes it does.
