Anyone else find this billboard on the Lynnway in Lynn funny as hell? I thought it was a joke, someone making fun of people on the North Shore, but apparently it’s a real company out of Illinois.

In part 1 of my posts on here I described how my shitty upstairs neighbor & his out-of-control kid have ruined my brand new apartment. He would constantly stomp, run, slam things and make noises so loud my walls would shake and my wifi would go out. This noise started at 6:30am and would legitimately go on until 1am, sometimes even as late as 3am.
I reached my first (of many) breaking points on Thanksgiving eve when the noise was so bad my girlfriend legitimately thought they were going to fall through the ceiling. I politely knocked on his door to ask him to limit the noise and he was completely defiant. From there, his behavior was completely retaliatory, meaning the noise was incredibly worse. When walking to the bathroom, he would purposefully stomp instead of walk like a normal human.
We eventually got management involved, and they told us he actually accosted the 65-year-old woman manager when she called him for the first time. They also found out his kid(s?) were never put on his lease. Both of these things, in addition to his noise, resulted in him getting multiple lease violations.
Unfortunately, nothing changed. The noises never got better. The only solution management gave us was to forfeit our water view on the 5th floor, and move into a 2nd-floor unit facing the street while paying the same price.
We passed. After weeks of never-ending stomping, I wrote how my girlfriend finally snapped in part 2. After this incident, our neighbor began racking up even more lease violations. One incident included him going at least 30mph in our parking garage and nearly hitting my girlfriend.
Well, after 8 months of torture, he has finally been evicted. All of his bullying, lying, evading, and endless noise finally caught up to him. It is bittersweet, however, because we are leaving this complex in a few months ourselves. So our lasting memory of our first apartment together will be nothing but the loudest stomping and slamming that we put up with for nearly a full year.
