David L. Angell, 54, and Lynne Edwards Angell, 52: The Angells met as college students working summers at Eastward Ho! Country Club in Chatham. David became an Emmy award-winning producer of the TV show \"Frasier.\" The couple died on Flight 11 after summering at their home in Chatham.

Neilie Anne Heffernan Casey, 32: Was married on Cape Cod in 1996, and a memorial bench now sits where her husband, Michael, proposed to her at Nobska Point. She lived in Wellesley, but summered with her family in Falmouth for many years. Casey died on Flight 11.

Sonia Morales Puopolo, 58: A former ballet dancer, Puopolo summered on Nantucket where she was known as an active fundraiser for the Democratic Party and a generous island philanthropist. She was traveling to Los Angeles to visit her youngest son. She died on Flight 11.

Berry Berenson Perkins, 53: An actress and photographer, the Wellfleet resident was the widow of actor Tony Perkins. She was flying to Los Angeles to attend a concert by her son. She died on Flight 11.

Barbara Keating, 72: A longtime summer visitor and former resident of Dennis, Keating was on her way home to Palm Springs, Calif., after spending the summer on the Cape. Keating also served on the United Way of Cape Cod Citizens Review Committee. She died on Flight 11.

Kenneth Waldie, 46: A Navy veteran and employee of Raytheon Co., Waldie left behind a sister in Falmouth and on Martha's Vineyard. He died on Flight 11.

David Retik, 33: Retik was a resident of Needham and an employee of Alta Communications. At the time of the attacks, his parents, Dr. Alan and Lynn Retik, lived in Boston and West Tisbury on Martha's Vineyard. His wife, Susan, was also pregnant with their daughter at the time. He died on Flight 11.

Jeffrey Coombs, 42: Before leaving on a business trip to Los Angeles, Coombs had recently visited his parents on the Cape for a family portrait with his wife, Christie Coombs, and three children on the beach near Bassett Island. He died on Flight 11.

Barbara \"Bobbi\" Arestegui, 38: A flight attendant for American Airlines, the Marstons Mills resident was not scheduled to work on Sept. 11. She picked up the extra shift and died on Flight 11 because she was saving up to take a vacation with her boyfriend.

Peter Gay, 54: A plant manager for Raytheon Co., Gay lived in both Tewksbury and Pocasset. He enjoyed running the Falmouth Road Race each year. He died on Flight 11.

David S. Berry, 43: Berry was a researcher for Keefe, Bruyette & Woods. At the time of the attacks, he wife Paula Grant-Berry's parents were longtime summer residents of Woods Hole. His sons were 9, 7 and 5. He died in the World Trade Center.

Kevin Bracken, 37: A New York City firefighter, Bracken was aboard one of the first engines to reach the World Trade Center. He and 10 other firefighters went missing in the collapse of Tower 2. He was born in Sandwich.

Sandra Carol Taylor, 51: A former Sandwich resident, Taylor had worked for the Pentagon for nearly 10 years, part of her nearly 30-year government career. She died during the attack on the Pentagon.

Michael Uliano, 42: Uliano vacationed every year in North Eastham. He was an options trader for Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. in the World Trade Center and also acted in off-Broadway plays. He enjoyed fishing off Coast Guard Beach, Eastham.

Kevin M. McCarthy, 42: McCarthy was a bond trader who died at work in the World Trade Center. He also was a member of the National Guard. Pictured with: son, Andrew; daughter, Stephanie; wife, Deborah; and daughter, Chelsea. At the time of the attacks, his parents lived in Orleans.

Capt. Gerald Francis DeConto, 44: A 1975 graduate of Sandwich High School, DeConto was at work in the Pentagon helping to organize a response to the World Trade Center attacks. He died at the Pentagon. Several family members still live on the Cape. A new stadium at Sandwich High School is named in his honor: the Capt. Gerald F. DeConto Veterans Memorial Stadium.

William Krukowski, 36: A firefighter with the New York City Fire Department, Krukowski was a member of Ladder 21, one of the first rescue teams to enter the World Trade Center. At the time of the attacks, his sister lived in Eastham.

Christoffer Carstanjen, 33: He was on his way to his aunt's home in Los Angeles for a weeklong vacation. At the time of the attacks, his father, Mikael Carstanjen, a potter, and his stepmother, Mary Doering, lived in Orleans. He died on Flight 175.

James E. Hayden, 47: Hayden and his wife, Elizabeth Gail, summered in Dennis for 25 years. He was the chief financial officer of Netegrity Inc. He died on Flight 175. (No photograph available.)

Brian D. Sweeney, 38: A resident of Barnstable, Sweeney was a former Navy pilot and a veteran of Desert Storm. He and his wife, Julie, a teacher at the Dennis-Yarmouth Regional High School, had been married two years. He died on Flight 175.

Stuart Meltzer, 32: Meltzer was working in the World Trade Center when he became trapped in his office after the first plane slammed into the building. He is shown with his sons Dylan and Jake. Meltzer's parents, Zachary and Joyce Meltzer, lived in Centerville at the time of the Sept. 11 attacks but later moved.

Peter Fry, 36: Fry worked in the World Trade Center and spent many summers fishing the waters off Cape Cod. His wife's parents live in Chatham.
