A growing engineering and architectural design consultancy firm in Bangalore is looking for a budding architect to join our design team. We work on infrastructure and industrial projects across India.

Role: Junior Architect (full-time, in office, Bangalore)

Experience: Fresh graduates up to 3 years

Must-have skills:

1. Qualification: B.Arch with valid Council of Architecture (CoA) registration
2. Location: Bengaluru. Willing to work in office daily at our office near the Airport
3. Architectural drawings: Good experience in preparing 2D architectural drawings and Good for Construction (GFC) drawings, and coordinating with structural drawings (AutoCAD, Revit)
4. Designing: Exposure to facade design, sculpture or form-driven elements, and thematic designing
5. Services layouts: Familiarity with preparing electrical and lighting layouts in coordination with MEP consultants (AutoCAD, Revit, DIALux)
6. 3D visualisation:Familiarity with 3D modelling, rendering and walkthroughs for client presentations (SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape, Twinmotion)

Preferred skills:

1. M.Arch
2. Bonus if you have a specialisation in town planning, urban planning or landscape architecture

We're an engineering design consultancy in Bangalore working on infrastructure and industrial projects across India. We're looking for a generic management intern to support multiple functions — primarily Sales and BD with tender/bid documentation, but also finance and HR as needed. A great fit for engineering graduates looking to pivot toward management-track roles.

What you'll do:
- Track and evaluate tenders floated across various e-procurement platforms
- Collate documentation required for submissions (compliance docs, technical annexures, BOMs, etc.)
- Ensure submissions meet buyer stipulations and deadlines
- Liaise with local vendors, suppliers, and tax authorities as needed
- Support finance and HR functions as and when required
- Use LLMs/AI tools to get tasks done faster and smarter

What we're looking for:
- Graduates or Post Graduates (BBA, MBA, Mechanical or Civil engineering background preferred)
- Excellent proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Office suite (Outlook, SharePoint) — non-negotiable
- Comfortable using LLMs/AI tools to complete tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills — high proficiency in both English and Kannada is a must. You will interact with a lot of local govt. officials at different levels, bank employees. Kannada fluency is a must.
- Detail-oriented, organized, comfortable with paperwork-heavy processes
- Must be able to commute daily to Chikkajala, Airport Road, or already reside close by
- Ideal for those looking to build a career in management/operations

I have heard many renditions of this song - most famously of Shri G Balakrishna Prasad garu, the pioneer of Annamacharya Keerthanas. None of the renditions have ever moved me as much as my Janaki Amma’s version. Perhaps, Balakrishna Prasad garu will also say, that his own పిన్ని version was really magic.

Janaki amma along with SPB defined music for me for all my childhood. I hope they meet each other wherever they are now and entertain everyone around them.

Contrast that with Jofra who has been literally abused by ECB. I still remember the NZ series where he bowled 42 overs in an innings. Robinson could never fucking bowl anything of that if he had ten lives.
