My dad took lots of pictures growing up. We have boxes full of hard copy photos. Then things went digital and the boxes became hard drives. I was going through one from the early 2000s and found and this image among family pictures. I showed it to my dad but he doesn't remember where or when he took it.

I have some questions:

When did they come into use?

Who commissioned their production?

Who decided "mouth agape"was a good look?

How do I get this out of my nightmares?
