Which agencies you would go with for safe, reliable transaction and delivery of passport? $350K is cheap for such passport.
CBI market is currently so diluted with overpriced passport which are about to loose their edge. There are great CBMs options I agree but the process and timeframes are just more longer.
Something real like Argentina would be game changer. Even if it comes out at $1M in bonds as investment or $500K in donation. $1M in bonds won’t hurt if you are getting at top 15 passport.
Vanuatu started its CBI program at 250k+ and then cut down during covid and then lost access to Schengen and remained at low prices. St kitts started at $250K too and other Caribbean islands at $100-150k then went down in price during covid and bounced back to 250K+ now. If these islands losses Schengen access in 1-2 years, will paying tue current prices of $250k-300K make any sense?
The only advantage I feel these islands have over Vanuatu is the reputation. Slightly better reputation for banking and KYC services, immigration etc.
So if you wanted a nice risk free passport without any liabilities which option would you go for? I am willing to get one decent enough passport and get Argentina or some stronger passport through investment in future.

I am into racket sports. Love playing badminton, want to get into playing into pickleball, padel, tennis etc. Marina side of Dubai has barely any badminton courts, there are few pickleball courts and tennis.
Is it Normal to pay 400AED per hour to book a pickleball court here? Can you guys recommend some ways to find some membership clubs or something? Easier to access and not crazy fees, also accessible location from Marina?
Do you guys usually eat out or cook at home? Eating out for 2 people 2-3 times a day isn’t cheap as I thought. Average dish is 50+ aed, drinks are 30-40 aed ( soft drinks, smoothies ). So one time it makes around 200 aed. That’s 500 aed at least daily.
So that’s around 15k AED monthly on food only. I mean I am eating out because I can afford it on my pocket, but still seems like overspending a lot.

I am not sure if it is normal. We were just walking as couple and a seller gifted us 2 perfumes and said take it. It is my birthday. I am not sure if I did right thing by taking it. I hope it is normal right? I wished him happy birthday and kept moving.
I have been seeing some ads for some agencies selling eastern EU passports specially by descent. Basically they create some documents of some old grand parents or grand grand parents and show some connections with them. Then apply for citizenship by descent for you. I am sure they are running blatant scam mostly in middle east.
For Africans, Indians, asians who naturalised and got their new passports in American, European countries. How do you get treated while travelling with those passports? I was at Azerbaijan immigration and saw an African guy with french passport stopped and interrogated by police at immigration.

Have you really ever recovered your investment with these CBI/RBIs? In most cases, really estate is illiquid or bought at foreigner margin prices. Bonds and investments are held in weaker currencies and u loose a lot. Shares and business investments are sunk costs. How do you actually navigate through this?
There are couple of countries with CBI passports on sale. If you are having issues getting visa because of Indian nationality, have you thought of changing passport?

These were CBI programs which were discounted in past. Even during covid days, there were amazing programs. Really sad the overall CBI market is shrinking. People who got these were so lucky.
