Best crypto cashout jurisdiction for safe and easy structure

I have crypto payments for consulting and capital gains as well. Want to structure it in jurisdiction with not very strict auditing required for source of funds ( although it is clean ), no capital gains taxes, smooth banking that can be structured.

Where should I start from? I need equal freedom as stablecoins + crypto card spending, easy digital banking.

How’s inflow of people coming to Dubai for lifestyle?

Been thinking of moving to Dubai as online business owner. But holding on thought while situation is completely normal. Has anyone moved here in last few months? How do you like your lifestyle here?

I have stayed in Dubai for couple of weeks to 2 months on previous visits and life was amazing. I usually stayed hotels/airbnbs, ate at restaurants, enjoyed flashy side of Dubai. But haven’t really seen day to day life struggles. Even if cost of living and inflation isn’t issue, what do you think major issues society has? Legal/ bureaucracy troubles? Staying completely indoor in summers?
Overall just want your thoughts on how day to day life is different from a slow traveller? ( Forgive bad english )

Passport by marriage is happening for ages but usually we don't hear stories like this:

https://preview.redd.it/yzuyjg07460h1.png?width=1514&format=png&auto=webp&s=27b6ab92a0622c0cba4f66aa52d9341c1e8a6363

So she commented on a post that people with stronger passports usually get offered such $ amounts to marry and help spouse get passport of that country.

Have you heard such stories?

What are the consequences to these people when both of them get caught in such contract?

Controversial: Marrying for passport isn’t wrong.

If both parties know what they are doing and if relationship is transactional I don’t think there is anything wrong with it. Marriage has become extremely transactional anyways where usually your financial status matters most.

How’s your experience living in Umaid heritage? I am planning to rent out place to live. Moving here from mumbai. Are there better or comparable options to live in this Jodhpur? Finding a nice place to rent out or even buy is a hassle here.

I am curious if US FATFi people ( $10-100M ) return to India? It is such a hell to live in. Usually the reason of returning are: have made enough to Fire in India but not in west, have parents and family in India who you can’t move with you. But being FATFi will solve that problem to a huge extent. So are there such people in your circle returning?

I am looking at CBI program for turkey passport. It seems like a good passport to start with. I am holding Indian passport which doesn’t allow multiple passports but I am looking for acquiring bunch of those.

Turkey passport isn’t a money burn or donation. A property purchase and can sell it in 3 years. Adding Greece GV, Caribbean passport will unlock global mobility, lifestyle, low taxes.

I can plan on getting some strong western citizenship in future if I plan to. Malta is a gamble, I can work on that future.

Can you please share your experience with turkish CBI, RBI or your experience living there?

Malta seems like best passport which can be acquired by any means. This passport comes closest to freedom. In terms of mobility, taxes, safety, and lifestyle. I wish this program was open and we could still get it via CBI.

Malta passport literally gives 185 countries visa free like US, UK, Australia, Canada, all of Asia, travel/work in full Schengen. No taxes on foreign income, capital gains and assets kept off-shore as non-dom resident. Great base for lifestyle for access to sea, food, infra, accessibility globally. I don’t think which is possible elsewhere in other options.

As an online investor and entrepreneur, malta sounds like best bet to me. I wish I applied when program was there. Can you people share your experience who received Malta CBI or CBM? Am I missing something here? Could anyone guide with way to apply for CBM?
